It’s what you’d expect from a Dunkin, good food and good service. Some people who review will complain about the lady working but they probably don’t realize that she is the only one running the place and has to deal with crazies almost daily. I have high respect for her and what she goes through. One of my fave Dunkin’s for sure.

I was there just after 7 am. I was the only customer at the store and just one person behind the counter. I asked her for the dozen doughnuts and a box o Joe and she refused to serve me saying she's the only one at the store and had to cover everything.

To say the service was horrible would be a absolutely understatement. The individual is working behind the counter made no contact with me or the customer in front of me. As well as look like they were pissed off. The people in front of me had a short conversation and apparently they weren’t serving hot food anymore and then they left. I walked up to the counter and the individual just left. Didn’t even say anything to me. I was there for five minutes and another person walked in front of me and started inputting stuff on the register and didn’t even say anything to me. I decided to walk out and go across the street and actually I was served with a smile and he was really good. Stay away from this location as we don’t value the customer that walk in to spend there hard earned Money.

Service was terrible. The person working would not let us order for everyone. There was 4 of us. What we did order was not done correctly. I will not come back to this location.
If you only have cash; can’t get a coffee. Lady at register said they only have 10-20$ of change in drawer, better go somewhere else

Been going to this location for years and lately when I have gone there is only one staff member who never seems to know what they are doing, take way too long, or have a bad attitude. The most recent time I went I was waiting for a half hour to just get a coffee and the line was getting increasingly long. Please staff your 1 City Center location better, the foot traffic requires it

The worst Dunkin experience I’ve ever had. Employees were picking and choosing who they let use the bathrooms, and telling others that the bathrooms don’t even work. After I ordered a coffee (and nothing else) the two employees immediately went on their phones and didn’t make my coffee for over 15 min. Customers were getting audibly angry and one straight up left without his coffee. Employees were rude and didn’t even get my order right after the entire debacle. Been going to Dunkin for over 15 years and I would never even consider stepping foot into this location again.
