Been going to this location for years and lately when I have gone there is only one staff member who never seems to know what they are doing, take way too long, or have a bad attitude. The most recent time I went I was waiting for a half hour to just get a coffee and the line was getting increasingly long. Please staff your 1 City Center location better, the foot traffic requires it

The worst Dunkin experience I’ve ever had. Employees were picking and choosing who they let use the bathrooms, and telling others that the bathrooms don’t even work. After I ordered a coffee (and nothing else) the two employees immediately went on their phones and didn’t make my coffee for over 15 min. Customers were getting audibly angry and one straight up left without his coffee. Employees were rude and didn’t even get my order right after the entire debacle. Been going to Dunkin for over 15 years and I would never even consider stepping foot into this location again.

We ordered two drinks, but the waitress served us the wrong ones. It was clear she didn't listen to our order, as we had to repeat it several times, and even then, she didn't get it right. Perhaps if she removed her headphones while serving, things would be much better!

Unfortunately we went to get some donuts at 5:30 when Google said they were open and the doors were locked.

No public washroom? Is that even allowed for a food establishment?

Kid-friendliness: I was going to take my children in for lunch but there isn't a way fir then to wash their hands before or use the washroom after? Horrible.

Workers are amazing friendly and hardworking but the place is being overtly mismanaged and understaffed. The last half a dozen times I tried going in on my way to work or when on break the lines too long and one workers running register and making drinks and food, violating food safety requirements because of the strain placed on them. It takes too long to get served so I'm spending twice as much at a local Cafe for products I don't want.
