Closing down as we walked in and there was 15 minutes left till 7 pm. The latta machine was already shut down. Dude with the hat tried running to the door to lock it before we walked in. I ordered a large iced coffee and he gave me a medium. I’m not pleased at all with this dunkin and will not return and will let everyone I know about this horrible awful experience.

They always get your orders wrong. They have new workers every week that are untrained. There's 0 customer service at all ,but that's everywhere..
