Mell is always so wonderful and chill to talk to on mornings. I really appreciate the extra effort she puts in to making customers feel welcome.

I go to this Dunkin Donuts semi regularly and the customer service is great for regular orders, a large order I placed for work, and they always offer treats to dogs.

I wish I could remember the person's name with green hair and a mask that helped with my huge order. So friendly and reliable. Thank you!

Empty store low customers three people work in the counter one on break. Enter the store stood at the counter and register five minutes before was even asked to take my order meanwhile, attendance at this location continued to share conversations with someone over-the-counter some Friend or someone that they knew but didn’t think they needed to take an order at the register because they were working in the drive-through even though there was no one in the store so that’s my question. I guess if you work drive-through is it not your job to take a customers order in the store at all And then I was stared down for seemingly being aggravated that I had to stand there staring at someone having a conversation, as if no one else existed give me a break. These people are rude. They need to be taught how to have Customer Service in a real environment, it’s clear to me now more than ever people working from home and staying home all the time has caused people to lose brain cells or any kind of kindness whatsoever if I was the owner of this location or the store manager, I would be losing my mind. These people would be sent home immediately. There’s plenty of people out there that wanna work that no common courtesy and Customer Service. Also, as I was on my way out the door, one of the women that were working the drive-through area made a wise comment under their breath that I could not hear fully about how I mentioned having to should have ordered on the app or outside because clearly they’re not taking orders in the building Not to mention, I refuse to drink the coffee I purchased because I feel like the person that made the coffee did something to it. None of which had a smile on their face not happy to be there not happy to have a job. It was just an overall very disappointing experience. Needless to say I would not recommend anyone going there and giving them your business. because the people working there don’t work for you they work for themselves and they don’t care if they serve you or not.

Watch the straws!! Last 3 times I’ve gone to this location the straws have had mold on the inside!

The coffee at most dunkin's is very bland and watery lately. I honestly don't get much anymore cause for the price, its a let down.
