We told her that it was very hard and burned in parts and she did not want to change it. My daughter couldn't eat them. I usually buy the same hash browns in other Dunkin’ Donuts and they don't come out like that. I didn't like her lack of empathy and not trying to please us. customer service is terrible

We went for coffee and donuts to sit and enjoy. Unfortunately the place was very cold! All the workers had jackets on and NO HEAT! Appalling for workers and customers.Dietary restrictions: There isn’t gluten free options.

Love this Dunkin !!I live near the Dunkin in the main mall and refuse to buy from there. This is go to place. Love the service and their food,drink are always good !!

Customer service drive thru was horrible on 05/20/2023 around 12:30pm. Greeting I visited your Duncan Donut drive thru and was very polite and so was the worker ( no idea her name but she had no teeth and black hair). She was having problems hearing me so I turned off the truck and we both were very polite. When we pulled up all I asked her at the window if she could add whip cream to the ice coffee which she did. Very polite to each other and I said " I hope you have a better day" and she said she was just tired. BUT as I pulled away she called me a "stupid positive mother fucker" and my wife and friend heard her say that. We looked at each other and took a few seconds for this to sink in. So I feared drinking my coffee because she could had "spit in it or who knows". I returned to the store and was very polite and asked if I talk to the manager". She said we do not have a manager and what's the problem, I explained to her what happen and she imminently screamed I was insane, would not give me a Corporate number or store number. Said all the people have headphones on and did not hear that and continued to said I was insane, why would you get a minimum pay employee in trouble? The other female employee looked confused because she was going to give me the Corporate number. Then a man from the back came up to see what the black haired employee was screaming about. She screamed to the man I was insane and crazy and she felt threaten by me and said I needed to leave because the lobby was closed or she would call the police . I informed them I used to be a Corporate Director for our company and never should use this language to a customer and I never raised my voice and wanted a refund. I was told I was insane/Crazy again and they will call the police. I informed her she should not talk to customers like that. So as people are Walking in I asked if they customers were allowed in if the lobby was closed? She took the drink and did not refund the money. So I left she slammed the door shut and locked it. We are in the parking lot documenting this and people are coming and going inside. I have never ran into this kind of disrespect and violent response. I would like a contact number to file an incident report with corporate contact. Also I am concerned because we used our credit card for the purchase. Sent from my iPhone

Appalled. Usually the people arr amazing. The ladies are always so friendly.Today I placed an On the Go order. I was asked to come back in 20 min. I waited 30 and returned. I was asked to wait an additional 20 min while they finished up. I explained I have to return to work as this order was for them. I understand the power returned 45 mins ago, but almost an hour after the power returns you are still giving me excuses. I was very polite and went to work. The sandwich was burnt and hard as a brink. I go to this location. Multiple times a day and very disappointed with the lack of understanding for the situation. This order was 2 coffees one was black and 2 sandwiches.Also yo rub salt on the wound, he was serving other customers, the man said I could wait at the window for the addition 20 min and when I stated "I'm sure they have to work also" he said "it's just coffee it's fine." I think the look of shock on mu face said it all. Are you kidding me? I am completely disgusted by the actions at this store today. He seemed like a supervisor buy that can't be so as his customer service skills were close to none. I wasn't even offered an apology.

Unfortunately online says open till 4pm on Sunday and the door cling says 6pm . It’s important to update these things , Although there were staff inside and saw me and 4 others in drive through , one even came to the door and turned around and walked away when I was taking a photo of the window cling hours , you could at least say ‘hey we are closed’ OR SOMETHING , ANYTHING ! Being understaffed, or sick is one thing but that’s just poor customer service. Or maybe like the rest of similar businesses PUT OUT A SIGN.
