On December 22, close to 8 PM, my friend and I ordered tea and were sitting inside. It was freezing outside. An employee told us the store was closing at 8:00 PM and made us leave.
Later, we realized the store did not close and people were still inside.
This felt like intentional deception rather than an actual closing. Very disappointing experience and disrespectful treatment of customers. I will not be coming back

There seems to be a consistent theme of speediness rather than quality. Just need a few tweaks to get everyone on the same page. I would assume it’s the leadership that is causing this issue bc I have seen so many people go in and out, but there are still the same problems. One of the problems is the cream cheese, I pay money for it! Before sending an order off, be sure to double check everything to ensure consistency. Once it’s mastered, then you work on the timing. Coming from a loyal customer, and a former drive thru barista, I just want to see you succeed!

i don’t even know where to start. i’m still shaking. this isn’t about coffee. the coffee’s fine or whatever. this is about catplayerz with a Z thats right.
she said she’d be on. “brb,” she said. “loading up now.” brb more like ima go take a country tour. i sat in discord. lobby ready. headset on. nothing. five minutes. ten. i’m thinking maybe she fell asleep. maybe her power’s out. maybe she got eaten by her router
then suddenly she’s there. joins the call mid-sentence like she’d been talking the whole time. not even a “yo” or “sorry.” just drops into the squad like she didn’t leave me floating in voice chat like a ghost and then AND THEN she headshots me first round suppressed smg no warning no hesitation just bap right in the skull
and here’s the worst part. it was a good shot. like too good. like suspiciously smooth. i only watched the killcam once but i recorded it. stared at it in awe. just sat there watching my own execution like it was a short film
i wanted to be mad but my brain was already gone. i respawned just to get dunked again. she did a little spin after. didn’t even loot me. just insult to injury
so yeah. dunkin’s fine. catplayerz is not. shows up late, acts like nothing happened, then deletes me with perfect aim. i don’t even know what lesson i’m supposed to learn from that

Fire the guy at the register the guy literally looks at you and says nothing then he takes your order like he has somewhere better to be this is why some of these places close people some people just go to collect a check

Today I went to dunkin and ordered two refreshers,two donuts,breakfast sandwich, and bagel bites. I ordered on the app so I didn’t know that their ovens were not working. When we went to get our drinks and a donut the girl was mean and told us to get a refund on the app but none of the workers helped us. Then the guy we asked just told us to go to customer service without any instructions. We did not get anything for free. Then a group of girls walked in and ordered. They ordered a coffee only and they gave them a free bagel. Another girl ordered a bagel and got theirs. This may seem off topic but I thought their ovens were broken? But their bagel was clearly toasted. I don’t know what we did to the worker but no reason to be rude! Normally I love Dunkin I guess today was not the day.
