I work at this location an I work my butt off! I try an make all my customers happy.
Two days in a row it takes more than three minutes waiting at the window to even be acknowledged after ordering. Today I drove off after I waited almost four minutes for someone to take my money at the drive-thru after I ordered. People walked in front of the window and even looked at me but walked away. I've never, ever had an issue like this at another Dunkin. I won't be visiting this location again.
Terrible. I've had good experience with some of the female employees but generally they just look apologetic for their manager Charlie. I have never been spoken so rude and condescending to all my life. If they can't hear me on the speaker for the drive through they should fix it. Charlie was basically yelling at me the entire time. We spend $40 a day for my place of employment Mon-Sat it's completely unacceptable as a manager to speak to customers that way. Never going back....read full review
