I ordered online and when I got there and my food was cold and they said I would have to pay for another one if I wanted to heat it up most other places have a heat lamp to keep your food warm

This was my second time ever experiencing Dunkin' Donuts, and it happened at the Portland, ME location. I was trying to understand the menu and decide what to order, I asked the cashier couple of questions but she was very rude to me, which shocked me! I stayed silent about it for the rest of the trip, but later, my friend and I ended up discussing her rude response. I’ll never go back there and will make sure no one in my circle orders from that Dunkin' Donuts.

Just ordered a MOCHA ice coffee, and got a COCONUT ice coffee!!! Two totally different flavors and the person who took my order REFUSED TO REMAKE IT THE CORRECT WAY!!!!

The manager was super helpful to the new cashier. She helped me with the app. The munkins were a bit dry.But my dog did not care. I did though. The rewards membrane drink for 3 dollars was TERRIBLE. I LOVE MANGO, but not this thing.I wasted my money today.
Lady that waited on me was very efficient and attentive. Great service.

a terrible experience. every time i have been here no one talks on the drive through. i’ve parked there for more than half an hour once and still no one replies. i drive up to the window and people are there. the morning food option are also very limited. i asked for a donut and they said they didn’t have it at the moment and only had one donut in stock. i just went this morning to get a drink and no one was talking so i pull up to the window and the lady there tells me i drove right past it even through i’ve been waiting there for 15 minutes. i ask to say if i can order at the window since i have already been waiting for a while 15 minutes after no reply and she tells me to go back and wait in line. this is not the first time this has happened and i will not be coming back to this dunkin.
This is a great location! Their menu was stocked and everything was made very well. Great consistency across all the times we've gone and makes a great stop after shopping at BJs right down the road.
