I understand as a manager myself when things get busy. To the woman with short dark hair, please work on your attitude. You were rude, add the RBF and you gave the vibe even you didn’t want to be there. If you don’t want to be, why would we? Also, talking smack about your customers in front of customers, really bad taste lady. You don’t belong in customer service.

I ordered online and when I got there and my food was cold and they said I would have to pay for another one if I wanted to heat it up most other places have a heat lamp to keep your food warm

This was my second time ever experiencing Dunkin' Donuts, and it happened at the Portland, ME location. I was trying to understand the menu and decide what to order, I asked the cashier couple of questions but she was very rude to me, which shocked me! I stayed silent about it for the rest of the trip, but later, my friend and I ended up discussing her rude response. I’ll never go back there and will make sure no one in my circle orders from that Dunkin' Donuts.
Kid-friendliness: I don't get the right reason - the reason was one of the cashiers I couldn't understand the breakfast menu I don't get the right

Just ordered a MOCHA ice coffee, and got a COCONUT ice coffee!!! Two totally different flavors and the person who took my order REFUSED TO REMAKE IT THE CORRECT WAY!!!!
