a terrible experience. every time i have been here no one talks on the drive through. i’ve parked there for more than half an hour once and still no one replies. i drive up to the window and people are there. the morning food option are also very limited. i asked for a donut and they said they didn’t have it at the moment and only had one donut in stock. i just went this morning to get a drink and no one was talking so i pull up to the window and the lady there tells me i drove right past it even through i’ve been waiting there for 15 minutes. i ask to say if i can order at the window since i have already been waiting for a while 15 minutes after no reply and she tells me to go back and wait in line. this is not the first time this has happened and i will not be coming back to this dunkin.

This is a great location! Their menu was stocked and everything was made very well. Great consistency across all the times we've gone and makes a great stop after shopping at BJs right down the road.
Hilarious crew. Very funny and friendly and best of all my food wasn’t burnt by the cook. ?? thanks for the morning laughs.

This is the slowest dunkin in town. If the guy with the old man voice is working you won't get out if there is less than 15 to 20 minutes and you also won't get an appoplogy. Orders often messed up as well.Avoid if you can.

The girls that are there every single morning are just absolutely amazing they deal with the rushes like they don't even exist meaning they just keep going and are nice to everybody regardless of the situation. I work right across the street so I come here at least 2 to 3 times a day and I have not had a bad experience since I started coming here. And being an old employee of the franchise I expect a lot of the employees and the girls here the staff here are just amazing
