Adorable vibes and the donuts were 11/10. Stopped with our kids and tried the cookies and cream. Possibly the best donuts I’ve ever had. They are mini and you have to order in packs of 6 with one flavor. I wish they did a flight so you can try different ones without committing to a few boxes. Cost is reasonable as well!

Shoutout to Eighty 8 Donuts, our go-to for every “what do we bring?” moment at social events. We’ve been enjoying their donuts for years, and somehow they just keep getting better. Truly some of the best in town. The staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the donuts are consistently fresh and delicious.
This week, I called literally 20 minutes before closing to place an order and they couldn’t have been more gracious. And please never get rid of the 25 mini donut party box. Being able to choose any five flavors is a huge reason we keep coming back. We love you, Eighty 8!

Apparently there is a donut tour in Portland. I did not know this, but I recommend starting here. Good stuff.

It was really good. there was a very good variety of flavors. It didn't cost that much and there was enough for every person in my group of five.

Coffee is too expensive. I ordered a large hot black coffee and it costs $5.4. Don’t know how much different from small one which is $3 on the menu board.
Delicious donuts but employees could use more training. Employees make placing an order feel an interruption to their conversations. Donut boxes are handed over without employees making any effort to close them. With some greater care from employees, this could be the best donut shop in town.
Separately, I tried to pick up donuts during business hours on a weekday last week and the business was closed without a sign at 3:30 PM (30 minutes before closing). Another potential customer arrived at the same time as me and expressed his frustration.

So, I'll say, Wowww, as I lick my fingers after my last three mini donuts from heaven! We found 88 donut after finishing at Highrollers around the corner and made another stop the next day before returning to Boston. Bite-sized, hot, made to order and a complete party in your mouth. These can be addictive 😍
I live in DC and looked to see if they shipped :) but they don't. Check them out if you're in the area.

TLDR; decent donuts, lack of service in washrooms, forces you to buy min 6 donuts without ability to customize flavour selection
one of the popular donut offerings in Portland, Maine, this serves « made to order » donuts. They sell mini, bite sized donuts with various creative flavors.
While the donuts were warm and fresh and generally a solid offering, I would like to point out that it is a pretty dissatisfying and disappointing that they force you to buy a minimum of 1/2 dozen donuts and they only allow you to pick one flavour per 1/2 dozen. one of the original selling points of coming here was that we thought we could sample different flavors without overeating given the bite size servings.
The rationale that I was given for not being able to accommodate multiple flavor selections in the 1/2 dozen was that these are « made to order ». well, if these were so labour intensive they wouldn’t have been able to come out with the donuts in less than 2 min of ordering. what this seems to me is a business philosophy focused on driving profit margins without catering to their customers.
secondly, my wife had to take our daughter to the washroom and their was no toilet paper in one and the other one was so dirty that our daughter refused to use it.

Who doesn’t love a hot little bite size donut served out of a truck? Pulled up, grabbed em and popped em in our mouths. Great drive by treat.

Really cute donuts and tasty too! We got an assortment of flavors but my favorite was plain and simple…the cinnamon sugar dusted was delicious. Runner up was the Boston cream.
