Ordered uni online. The picture online looks a lot better than the uni I received. The uni are tiny and most of them are broken, not even the whole piece. Stay away if you plan to order uni. Not worth the price, my final answer!

This is a good place to buy the fresh seafood. Everytime I ordered Lobsters and Dungeness crab - the seafood is always fresh, delicious and arrived on time. The customer service was excellent and friendly. Good price. I will recommend to family/friends and will buy more from this place again in the future.

bad customer services, I like their fresh seafood but not their service, I am not trying to say the business but at least 1 person can ruin the business, don’t know male or female but I think he is a guy. We ordered some seafood, request delivery on Saturday morning after 10 am because we won’t open until 10am, he said ok and FedEx delivery at 9:30 am , we couldn’t receive the box and they won’t delivery back until Monday, how can you eat fresh seafood anymore ? Finally he said he couldn’t request delivery time , it is up on courtier. He should let us know about it , so we can give him another address but he didn’t and said YES he can request, he blamed on us because we haven’t opened at the time FedEx came, that’s why we request delivery after 10 am. He doesn’t try to figure out how to help customers work on the problems, he just want to blame on us and get money. I have to call FedEx and get help from manager myself. He even went to my google business and left a bad review, pretending as a customer, even he never went to my place, be ware if this guy/girl.

Lobster is pretty pricey at the moment but at least the one I had here was worth it! Super fresh and generous portion. Pleasant and friendly staff, too.
