The pupusas were amazing. The burrito bowl (which was not served in a bowl) was underwhelming.

Biggest negative is how slow the place is. Dining room can be empty and it's still 30+ minutes wait. Half the staff are just plain rude, and it always smells bad. Food is also 25% more expensive than it should be.

I ordered a vodka soda. I got a lemonade. I tasted no alcohol so I asked. He told me there was alcohol. I ended up returning it and order the vodka soda I originally ordered. He retuned with soda only. Again no vodka plus the soda was flat. There were 6 people in our party. 2 meals came out well before the other 4 meals. The checks were also mixed up. I will not go again.

We ordered pollo asada, chicken quesadilla and steak ribs + ox tail soup. Wow! My husband and I have been to the restaurant several times - first time for our daughter. Food was hot, wait staff friendly and attentive, and we tried tres leches (phenomenal). The big radiator heaters were on and pumping the heat!
If you’ve never had yucca, try it (it’s a side). I haven’t had fried yucca since I lived in California. It’s tastes more flavorful than the handcut fries my husband ordered (he reported they were good but the yucca was great).
We’ll be back!!

I had a take out order and I was overcharged. When I called about it, they said they would refund my card, but they never did. Otherwise, the food was fine.

The waiter is so professional and friendly. She is smiling and asking us we are okay with our food and need anything. The food is a amazing and so delicious. We had nachos and carne asada. I would recommend this restaurant if you want to try good Mexican food.
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible. But a bit difficult to get in because of the door.

We stumbled hungry into the neighborhood early Friday night, out of towners with tickets to a play at the Merrill, but no dinner reservation. The conventional restaurants were booked. Flores turned out to be a great find: tasty, creative Salvadoran food, and very reasonably priced. The atmosphere was great, too. Highly recommend!

Ordered pickup. Arrived and they said they had no ordered and asked if I was at the right location. I said the address out loud and asked if it was the correct one and they said “idk.” They finally found our order and said it would be 5-10 mins. It took another 35 mins, so it’s now an hour past when it was supposed to be ready. Nobody offered me water or anything while I waited. The ONE table in the restaurant got their food one singular plate at a time. Finally got it and rushed it home. My grilled vegetable platter was missing BOTH sauces, the pico, the avocado, and the broccoli peppers and onions. So it was a plate of just bland rice topped with dry potatoes carrots and celery. The side of plantains was soooo overly sweet and the beans were actually slimy. Usually I would be willing to give a place a second chance, but every step of this process was horrible. Big let down.
