We've had this place on our list for years but have never made it when they're open. Today was a happy accident! Teeny-tiny menu means they know their strengths, so I went straight for the lox breakfast sandwich. My husband grabbed the BLT, both sandwiches in a salt bagel. We also grabbed two chocolate. Hip cookies and an iced maple matcha ($7). The lox sandwich was outstanding, fresh dill and capers truly rounded out this beauty - although you could put anything on these fresh salt bagels and it wild be great. I can't comment on the maple matcha, bc what I actually received was a maple-sweetened ice coffee. Bummer, as I was looking forward to the matcha, but it was delicious anyway. We tried to buy a half dozen salt bagels for the week; however, they said they couldn't do it. They were able to sell us two bagels and their house-made dill caper spread which will be a phenomenal alternative breakfast tomorrow. We are already planning our next visit.

Literally, one of the best vegan sandwiches I ever had.

We came on a monday morning for breakfast and it was quiet busy. The place is clean and the staff was super friendly. We had the basic breakfast sandwich with Fakin Bacon and the Lox sandwich on an everything Bagel. Both of us really liked it. The bagels are really tasty! We had a coffee that was also tasty and a fun sparkling water. We also thought that the pricing was on point. Definitely will come back when we visit.

Loved this place! Food was very fresh. Super great and cool interior. Very nice staff. As a matcha person I think there just have been more matcha powder used for my latte, BUT it was still good and I could tell that the baristas took what they did very seriously and took care. I would totally recommend this place to anyone.

Probably the best bagel I've ever had, everything with maple chipotle cream cheese. Fantastic.

The space inside with the large communal tables is swell. Make new friends! And you probably will be forced to when it gets crowded; the queue on weekends is a bit insane. And frankly, why such a queue? I'm giving this place four stars but I'm actually going to go against the majority and say their bagels are kind of average. And also not so impressed with their standard coffee. Breakfast sandwiches are decent, and the open salmon bagel is pretty good, but not enough to be here regularly. I think the space is what it has going for it. It's a good place to sit and read or work for a while with a beverage.

Cashier was super bored by her existence and ours. Bagels are okay, I bought a dozen and a few of them should have gone in reject pile they are way too thin. The display of bagels for sale was three bins. Each labeled in large letters with a single variety. But clearly one could see that there were several varieties in the bins. There was no way to know from across the counter what was being offered for sale unless you asked the bored, frowny, unpleasant lacking-any-personality-whatsoever cashier. It was not a good experience.

The bagels are great but there is nothing more disrespectful than making your customers queue for 20 minutes to order when there are numerous members of staff standing about chatting/ dancing/ on their phones and only one till open. For this reason, we won’t be back.

Sea salt bagel was outstanding. We had an egg sandwich and one with lox on it. All of the ingredients were very fresh and the drip coffee was great.

I absolutely LOVE their bagels and coffee. When COVID first hit, I made sure to support them because I was terrified they wouldn't make it. They never skipped a beat and I can honestly say they are my favorite bagel in Maine. So glad they opened back up for in person dining. We have a local airbnb and send all of our guests there too!

Once was my favorite bagel place but will never return.Waited 45+ minutes for 2 bagels and 2 drinks. Drinks finally came out after sitting for like 30 minutes for one of them to be wrong. (It was not busy whatsoever) I was told my food was up next multiple times. Until finally the guy that took my order said they lost the ticket and offered a pastry. I said no thank you and asked kindly if I could just get a refund for my bagels or a gift card at least. He rudely said no and stormed off. I was originally in a rush so I was just gonna leave without my food until one of the kitchen guys finally came out with my food and said sorry and said he refunded me. He was very nice as well asEveryone else workingJust the one guy that took the order Made me feel like it was my fault for losing the ticket and was just soooo cranky and just made everything worseWatch out for him if you go and hopefully he doesn’t take your order.I won’t be back:(
