Great experience with delicious Gelato, pastries and coffee in this little shop off of main street. Make the trip to this little shop because it is worth the walk. There is only 1 table outside large enough for 2 but plenty of seating inside for those who want to rest for a bit and enjoy a little break.
There are four gelato/ice cream spots within a couple of blocks in Old Port. Gorgeous Gelato is across the street from Gelato Fiasco, Beals Ice Cream is around the corner. We went all three.
Had the house chocolate at Gelato Fiasco, delicious. Had the dark chocolate at Gorgeous Gelato also delicious, had chocolate ice cream at Beals. Both gelatos are great but I give a slight edge to Gorgeous. Beals is ice cream, it's good but doesn't rank with gelato.

We continued our gelato tasting at Gorgeous gelato. I appreciated the ability to try a few flavors, before selecting chocolate. It was rich and delicious. I typically like scoops with a variety of sour and sweet flavors. like chocolate and a sour flavor like lemon or pineapple. All flavors I have tried were on the sweet side, so I stick with just the chocolate.
