Took my Girlfriend out for some dessert. Loved every bite 10/10 would come back. Fresh and homemade.

We went on valentine's day and showed up about 10 minutes before they opened and there was a short line already. We weren't surprised since they only take reservations for large parties. As soon as they opened they had everyone seated very quicky. The charcuterie was fantastic and the desserts were some of the best I've ever had. This is a PERFECT date spot for couples.

A fun spot for desserts and cocktails. We ordered the carrot cake and basked Alaska, and a couple of cocktails. The drinks were strong and tasty. The dessert was perfect! Although we didn’t try it, the cheese board seemed like a perfect snack as well. Just a lovely atmosphere to enjoy some company.
I will say the desserts were very very sweet for my taste. As a dessert person, that’s a high bar. But others may love it.

Dessert was amazing, carrot cake was very good. Music choice of the heavy metal was a little off, but it wasn't so loud that you couldn't have a conversation.

This is the only restaurant in downtown Portland that I left regretting spending my $70 at. The flavors just weren’t for us. We ordered two drinks (espresso martinis), the brown sugar warm cake, and the “cheesecake”. The bartender was so sweet and knew a lot about the options on the menu. He really sold what we got! However, i understand culinary experts- chefs and bakers- love to experiment with ingredients. This didn’t satisfy us at all. You’re paying for the atmosphere and experience of trying something different imo. The cheesecake was in a small cup and wasn’t disclosed to us that it’s technically not even made the same way as a normal cheesecake. The warm sugar cake was drenched in Carmel and cheese (yes, this is on the description so I’m not complaining about that necessarily!). The flavor profile just didn’t hit well. The Carmel is raised to almost a burnt temperature and you can taste that, it’s almost consuming. When we asked someone local about going to this place they said they heard hit or miss reviews and I can see why. I wanted to love it so much but it’s almost too desperate to concoct odd flavors to be different when it doesn’t need to be that complicated- people will visit simply for being a dessert bar! I debated writing a review bc I appreciate the effort. If you’re reading this, don’t go if you’re wanting anything traditional in that sense.

This is the only place you need to go to and it fills all niches. Great for a pick me up for pre dinner coffee and a snack or to slide in for an intimate "let's get dessert someplace else.

The dessert was delicious! However, I wouldn't pay $20 for a small sliver of dessert again.

Disrespect, rudeness, arrogance, and lack of basic competence must be a prerequisite to employment here because that sums up my experience here. From the pretentious staff, to the casual rude attitude, to the open disrespect to my party, this place was nothing but an absolute mess and joke. The maître d' was openly condescending when we walked in to place a reservation for later that night. When we arrived later that night, our server had no idea how to open a bottle of wine and served our shared dish with zero plates or cutlery. I’ve never felt more disrespected and disgusted at any dining experience.

My partner and I had the convection mess. A well balance of sweet and savory. By far the best desert I’ve had in recent memory. It’s a wonderful place to conclude a date night

Super nice staff! Great desserts and drinks! Will usually be a wait, though seems like 8:45-9 was a bit slower. Super awesome pink peppercorn goat cheese ice cream on the steamed pumpkin cake!
