The best thing about this place was the service. The person who waited on us was very polite and answered the questions we had. Where I felt it fell a little short unfortunately was the dessert itself. We ordered the pumpkin cheesecake. It was tasty however for the price it was a very small portion. The dish that it was served in could have also been thought out a little better. It was in a small cup and the dessert had a crumble on top. When you went to spoon it out, the crumble just went all over the table.

The dessert is the best I've ever had anywhere in the world. I truly mean that. The espresso martini was good. I'm not sure if it was just coincidence, but they seemed to be out of quite a few items when we went. It was the beginning of the evening, I can't imagine they ran out. That being said. I would come back here for dessert every time I'm in Portland.

After a truly terrible experience at a nearby restaurant (The Grill Room & Bar), we were passing by and spotted this cozy, inviting bar. We decided to walk in, and the experience was nothing short of excellent!
The atmosphere is fantastic—the place is pleasant, clean, tidy, and the décor is beautiful. The host was cordial, and we enjoyed a delicious dessert and a fantastic cocktail.
The highlight was the service from Jacob (I made sure to ask his name). He gave us wonderful suggestions from the menu, including the desserts and the drinks. He was genuinely friendly and incredibly pleasant; the kindness felt sincere, not forced.
Everything was quick, delicious, and the presentation was impeccable. The prices were also just perfect for the quality. I would gladly drive all the way from Boston a thousand times to visit again, especially if Jacob is serving!
(A minor note: The restrooms could use some improvement, but I understand they are shared with other establishments.)

This place has pros and cons. Pro: the food is decent Cons: the wait staff is lackluster and inattentive. The menu is misleading, the combo dessert option in particular. They simply refuse any changes to orders. Some of the food is overpriced.

Honestly the best ice cream Ive had. Super friendly server too. We had the lemon verbena and honey thyme. As a big fan of ice cream, i found the taste and texture to both be very good. It was very smooth and flavorful, similar to gelato? Would highly recommend.
