This hotel lobby bat is quiet but the staff excellent and I would definitely come again. The lobby is very enjoyable overall with the games tables eg chess. My family and I played cards while we sipped our drinks..
Todd in the back lounge is the kindest, most talented bartender around. His cocktails are top notch and he is completely dedicated to his guests’ experience. We spend a lot of time at the Press Hotel and have personally witnessed him treating every guest with respect, class and above and beyond service.
Cozy spot but food was very “try hard” like you could tell they put effort in but the final product just didn’t match the effort level. Drinks were very expensive 16$ for a beer. Tons of options in Portland I recommend exploring other spots.
