We still can’t believe we found delicious tacos here in Southern Maine! We tried Ironclad Eats once and were instantly hooked...we might have gone back a few times before the wedding just because we couldn’t get enough of those tacos and the awesome crew (shout-out Joey Spatula!). Dan and Steph were amazing to work with from start to finish. They showed up right on time for our wedding, served everyone so quickly, and every single guest raved about their unique taco creations, even the picky eaters went back for seconds! The whole team was so fun, friendly, and full of great energy. We wish we got more pictures with them because they were such a memorable part of our special day. Highly recommend them for any event! They truly made ours unforgettable!

Caught these guys at Apres in Portland and this was my first time eating their food. After looking at their menu, over a dozen choices and combos, I chose the Iron Cubano. I’ve eaten Cubanos in Tampa Florida (the birthplace of the Cubano) but this was hands down 100% the best Cubano I’ve ever had. Great food, great service, and really great people will have me coming back. 10/10

We ate some of the BEST tacos at the Ironclad Eats food truck while at Thompsons Point. The tacos were hot, fresh and we loved the unique combos. I also appreciate the gluten free options and the gentleman who gave me the lowdown on the shared grill. We will absolutely eat with you guys again the next time we are in the area.
