Caught these guys at Apres in Portland and this was my first time eating their food. After looking at their menu, over a dozen choices and combos, I chose the Iron Cubano. I’ve eaten Cubanos in Tampa Florida (the birthplace of the Cubano) but this was hands down 100% the best Cubano I’ve ever had. Great food, great service, and really great people will have me coming back. 10/10
We ate some of the BEST tacos at the Ironclad Eats food truck while at Thompsons Point. The tacos were hot, fresh and we loved the unique combos. I also appreciate the gluten free options and the gentleman who gave me the lowdown on the shared grill. We will absolutely eat with you guys again the next time we are in the area.
These dudes are the best! Super nice guys dishing out huge portions of super delicious food, cant ask for much more out of a food truck. (Catch them at Mast Landing on most Wednesday nights)
