Guy taking my order talked on his cell phone the entire time on his ear piece. He was on it while taking my order, making my sandwich, and cashing me out while the lady out back sat there on hers the entire time. Will not be back to this location EVER.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! I received a grub hub order I had placed on the app. The slip on the bag was what I ordered but the order in the bag was incorrect. Called the location back and the woman was so rude she hung up on me twice. When I asked to speak with a manger she told me there was no one in the building in charge. After asking if my order could be remade she simply stated I could come tomorrow to get my correct order…. WHAT? She was not willing to remake my order and just said there were 2 orders with the same first name and then hung up!!!! NEVER will I order from this place again! Laughable!

Usually always have a good experience at this location. Today, however, it was HORRIBLE…this older woman who was working was absolutely foul towards me. Looked me up and down, rolled her eyes at me, sighing, making comments under her breath, etc. she made me the worst sandwich I have ever gotten from any sub shop, gave me one piece of bacon, wrapped my sub up before I was finished ordering. If you don’t like people and have a bad attitude, don’t work in customer service!! Extremely disappointed and disgusted. Makes me not want to support this business for employing people like her.

Went for first time, not sure if it was cause wife and I overwhelmed them with bringing our 4 kids or not. But we felt rushed and only our kids sandwiches are right(to a point), mistakes kept being made. I will try placing my next order through app for pick up in hopes that I have a better experience.

My family stopped into Jersey Mikes on Sunday after a day at the mall. The two young women on staff were outstanding, handling a long line and online orders with efficiency and superior customer service. Very impressed!
