The service was great and so were the sandwiches!! I would stop there again!

Their app is horrible. Go to pick up and they make it after you show up. Then there's a good chance it's wrong. Like my #9 made mikes way with pepper relish. All that was on it was a lot of mayonnaise. Which I can't stand. Threw it in the trash and went somewhere else to get lunch.

Don’t tout gluten free protocols if you don’t actually follow them. Have not seen this failure from other locations

Second time we ordered on line and order was not ready. Had to give staff order number. Wasn’t busy but waited for order to be prepared. Attempted to charge a second time. Salad bowl put in bag on side and contents leaked out by the time we got home. Everything wet and salad all slid to side in bowl. Disappointed

This location is always incredibly slow. I generally get my orders at least 20 minutes later than my order tells me they'll be ready. The food is good but it takes the better part of an hour to get food from when I submit an order. I'm not looking to come back again.

I hope a member of management or corperate sees this. The young man working the grill on 12/30 around 4:23 pm was the best. He was busy yet still took the time to greet me and let me know he was working on my pickup order. He made my order correctly and double checked that it was so. He has restored my faith in this chain and made me want to come back for the level of service, Politeness and he even took the time to tell me to have a great new year. This is the kind of employee that every fast food chain wishes they could find and I hope Jersey Mikes will do something special for him as he is an asset that you don't want to lose. Not all of my experiences her have been up to par but this young man made my visit complete.

Did not expect the amount of meat we were going to get! Amazing! Also love that they slice the meat and cheese right on the spot. Very delicious. Only thing that I will remember for next time is to get more sauce because it can get dry! Delicious - will be back.

Guy taking my order talked on his cell phone the entire time on his ear piece. He was on it while taking my order, making my sandwich, and cashing me out while the lady out back sat there on hers the entire time. Will not be back to this location EVER.

Had the large roast beef sandwich loaded except Lettuce (yuk). Split it was more than. Enough for both of us.
