Literally everything I’ve had here is delicious. My favorite is the massaman curry! The staff are great too. Especially the blonde waitress had just the right amount of attentiveness and good convo. Whole experience for me is *chefs kiss*
I went out for dinner with my family at 9:25 PM. The restaurant took 25 minutes to prepare our order, and just five minutes into eating, they told us they would be closing at 10:00 PM. I said we would try to eat quickly, but the waiter responded that we only had five minutes left, and otherwise we would need to take our food to go.
They immediately turned the lights on, paused the music, and brought us the check. I politely asked the waiter for just five more minutes, but she was extremely rude, insisting that we “put the cards in right now.” It was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had.
What made it worse was: 1. They didn’t mention any time constraints before taking our order. 2. They took their time preparing the food. 3. I asked nicely to let us finish since we were planning to stay out that night.
It truly felt like we were being kicked out, which was incredibly frustrating.

Keg and Kracken is my favorite Thai restaurant in the state. I live locally and frequently get take-out (and eat in from time to time as well). The spicy pad Thai is absolutely incredible. The staff is always so nice and service is great (and fast). Everything I have had there is always consistently delicious and reasonably priced. A true gem in Portland!

Wanted to grab some dinner before a show at the Merrill. What a great find! From the delicious drinks, to the Money Bag appetizers, to the best Massaman Curry I've ever had - I could not recommend this place more highly. The atmosphere of brick and wood offer a cozy vibe, and the service was great - especially Boom - she didn't stop and always with a smile on her face! We'll be back!
