Fabulous Thai food in a great space to sit and eat, and also a beautiful bar. Sophisticated setting with reasonable prices. Loved the Thai basil lemonade, Pad Thai was fresh and not dried out, all the food was as good as New York. An added plus was the classic big band music in the background, not too loud, just right.

Amazing food here. Party of 7 with no res on Saturday night and we were seated immediately. Kids and parents alike were blown away. They have a very small menu but everything on it was just delicious. I guess this is one of Portland's many hidden gems. Usually you can't find food this unique and amazing with no wait at all. One last thing: try the fried chicken sandwich, I've never had anything quite like it.
Kuno at the foot of Munjoy Hill in Portland, Maine, is a culinary haven. The Char Kway Teow and Pad Thai, spiced to perfection with 3 stars, were a delight. The intimate setting, coupled with a small bar serving exquisite cocktails, made for a memorable evening. Highly recommend for an authentic Thai experience!

Need Delicious food delivered to your door at 10:30pm? Right here. If I added up all of the money I've spent on delivery from Kuno, I could probably buy a decent used car. Any regrets? NONE. Favorite item? Definitely the stir fry ground chicken with basil. It's perfect piping hot, it's perfect cold at 3am when you can't sleep and don't want the microwave to wake your roommate, and it's even perfect reheated the next day. That's next level people. Also trailing barely behind are the pad Thai with chicken, the Nasi Goreng, the Veggie green curry, the stir fry noodles, and the Brussels sprouts. I haven't yet tried the tangerine chicken, but...soon! You've got drinks at home? Forget you do and order a Thai ice tea and a Thai basil lemonade. Can't seem to pick a favorite, both equally good! Kuno, I love you. Never change!

Food is great. The reason I didn't give it more stars is because when I order delivery, you would think I would get utensils. We were staying at a hotel. I shouldn't have to go to find a fork, especially when we are traveling. A little advice, please put plastic utensils when you have a Delivery order. 1st time ordering. The food is really good though.

A really great hidden gem! We stumbled upon this place when our original dinner plans fell through, and I'm so glad we did. The atmosphere was great, good music. We got 2 appetizers and 2 entrees, everything was excellent! Small menu but several choices that looked great. Would definitely recommend giving this place a try.

Their overall menu is very limited and even in that they only have 1 vegetarian dish that is the green curry vegetable with rice. The quantity of the green curry is good for two but you might need to order more rice ($). But the green Thai vegetable curry is one of the best I have tasted in the last few years. The customer service was not very good and felt that the waitress was unnecessarily rude.Vegetarian options: Their overall menu is very limited and even in that they only have 1 vegetarian dish that is the green curry vegetable with rice. Food was swimming in grease, it was not edible. The restaurant closed after food was delivered and issue could not be reported immediately. We had to fly out of town early the next morning and reported the issues as soon as possible, while traveling, but was refused a refund. I’m hoping this was a miscommunication. I had to throw the food away, it wasn’t just a little oil…it was dripping through the cardboard container and into the bag…for some Brussel sprouts and peppers..not happy at all. This was garbage
