So many fruit flies...that alone would make me not want to eat there. Clean your bar.

Feel like this location has nothing in common other locations. Prices are insane for qhat you get and every order was missing something. Ordered a bacon cheese burger, missing the bacon. Ordered a salad snd more than half the ingredients in the picture are missing. If you are at thr airport any other restaurant would be better.
They stated you didn’t need to order through the QR code. Then proceeded to not put my order in.

Save your money and do not eat here. Overpriced and not fresh. Eat somewhere nice in Portland before coming to the airport.

my waitress, was awesome. no idea what a lobster roll was, so I went with what was recommended. I decided, a cold lobster filling on garlic toast is not my forte. The chowder, was the highlight

The waitress was very rude and racist. She greeted and attended to all the other customers but had a horrible attitude. Then she change us for 10 drinks when we only ordered 6. When I asked her, politely, about the incorrect tab, she rudely told me that’s what it was but then called the manager,(she did not let me speak to him) who discounted two drinks . The waitress did not ask me for the vouchers. People like this shouldn’t be working in the public sector. Specially at the airport where you will encounter many people of color. We had lost our aircraft connection and it was already a long day. She should be considerate and polite.

Have had multiple bad experiences with service here. Takes forever to order and get the check. Weirdly unpleasant place. Portland Jetport deserves better.

Fries were piping hot and the slaw was excellent. Lobster roll is 3oz@$42/colossal6oz@$52/largest@$72. Lobster is served cold unless you ask for it to be served hot. If served hot the roll and lobster are brushed with piping hot butter and served with hot butter on the side (much better option IMHO. FYI: The app used to order does't include the option to choose hot or cold lobster. Menu doesn't mention the lobster itself served hot or cold so you need to ask the server.

Our server Alicia was such a pleasure! We had a quick turnaround before our flight boarded and she was so personable and made the experience great.

For the price $47 the combo lobster roll and chowder was not that good. Chowder had very little cream flavor and Clam bits could be counted on two hands. Lobster meat was previously frozen. Eat elsewhere

KEEP YOUR RECEIPT. I was charged an extortionate tip amount (over 110% of my bill) from this establishment and I have called 5 times to correct this and they have refused to fix it. It is starting to feel very shady as they say they will let someone know and nothing is ever done.

The lobster never disappoints, the burgers are great, easy menu to navigate, there's something for everyone. The service is always friendly and excellent. We go in the off-season early November every year to Freeport and eat here two or three times during our stay.
