Good food for an airport restaurant. The prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Lobster roll? More like lobster robbery! $50 for a 6 oz lobster roll with cole slaw. There's a $40 version, but it's false economy with only 3 oz of lobster. Not a bad looking roll - mostly good-sized pieces of mostly claw meat - but not much taste.

Want to make your own at home? Linda will sell you a 1 1/4 lb live lobster for $60, and throw in a travel box for only $13 more. Ouch!

Airport prices are notoriously high - but Linda Bean takes them to a whole new altitude. I don't like the altitude - or the attitude.

We were upsold the larger lobster roll to share and it was the most bland I’ve had in Maine. The clam chowder was equally tasteless. I expected it for airport food but for the price, it should have been better.

Worst lobster roll I’ve ever had. Dirty tables and bar with flies flying around. Very slow service.

The waitress moves at a snails pace -the place was mostly empty while I waited to be seated and a woman walked away stating that she was already sitting for 30 minutes and still no one had acknowledged her. The waitress came off as rude and made it seem like her job required a lot of time to cash out other customers before she could even consider taking orders. Just go to Burger King at the Portland airport they’re much friendlier and service comes at a normal pace.

My waitress was nice. I ordered the $39 lobster roll. It was smaller than expected for that price. I've gotten larger portions in other Maine restaurants. There was a glop of tartar sauce under the lettuce making the sandwich very heavy. As I was eating, another waitress came up to me with another lobster roll in her hand. She asked, "Did you order a lobster roll?" Why would she ask me that when she saw me eating one already. I watched what she did afterwards to conclude that my waitress gave me another customer's order and she had my order in her hand. I agree with other reviewers. They're very disorganized.

1 - waited for a 10 min to be seated, no one attended to us, seated ourselves
2 - table was dirty, had to point to the waitress to clean it
3 - waited for a water for 20 min, for a beer for 30 min, been told glasses are dirty, takes time to wash
4 - a clam chowder was basically a potato soup, for $15
5 - waited for a BBQ wings for 45 min, which was too greasy and undercooked
6 - asked for check 2 times, waited another 10 min

In total we spent 1.5 hours at the restaurant, left angry and hungry, completely unsatisfied. It is unacceptable service at the small airolport where very limited options to eat are available.

Came in for lunch before my flight with a friend. Service was horrible, my food had little to no flavor and was cold, my friends order was wrong. The server did nothing to try to make it right or fix her mistake. Save your money, your better off at the Buger King .

The quality of the food was fine, but I had a very negative experience with the service. I felt that the lady serving us was behaving in a discriminatory manner, showing clear favoritism towards another customer. Despite my being ahead in line, she asked me to wait outside while allowing another person to enter. Additionally, she rushed me while I was placing my order. This behavior was unacceptable, and I would like to address this issue.

Worst lobster bisque I have ever eaten. I get that it’s at an airport, but this was atrocious

Edna (bartender) is rude. Also unfriendly to her fellow waitresses. She needs retraining.
