It had been years since I had Little Caesars, and having just moved to Portland I was feeling nostalgic and decided to order from here. Their deliveries come through doordash, even if you don't have an account. The caveat is that you can't complain to doordash if you don't technically have an account. The driver came and started to place my food on a rain soaked step. I was just coming out of the house and even though I requested "hand me my order" on the website, doordash seemed to default to contactless... but he wasn't masked anyway so I dunno why he saw the need to place it in the rain. Also, he didn't include part of my order. I realized as he was driving away, but he didn't seem to notice me waving. I texted and called him and no response. I called the restaurant, nobody bothered to pick up. I called doordash and after battling robots, was given more numbers to call and I just gave up. Don't know who is at *fault* but nobody involved seemed to care. At a certain point, getting back $4 for one item just isn't worth it, even on principle or spite. The worst part was the pizza wasn't even good. The wings were weird and now my precious childhood has been tainted due to this frustrating experience. I should've known better and supported LOCAL. I will from now on.

Bought two Stuffed Crust pizzas, both were floppy, crusts a little undercooked, one pizza didn't have a single pepperoni cut. Got two crazy sauces, both were cold, out of fridge cold, was told they were fresh because they were cold. Be careful ordering here, you might get sick.Update: The second one wasn't even cut.

Called for 10 minutes to place my order. When I arrived my phobe was still ringing as I approached the counter. 2 Guys behind the register said to use the portal to call ahead. I said i wanted to pay cash, the manager then told told me fine then step up and order it.Wht have a phone if you're not gonna answerm. Dominos always answers!

Unfortunately I did not have the best experience here. Tried calling multiple times with no answer. When I finally got to the store and explained that I had tried to call in my order and no one was answering the phone, the person behind the counter just said “Oh, yeah.” and nothing else.This location used to have the best customer service out of all of the Little Caesars I visit, but not anymore.

The last time I went to this location there was an issue with payment for some reason the pin had froze up in the middle of payment so we had to do the another pin pad and that wouldn't work so finally they rebooted the system and I put my payment in and unfortunately the system charged us twice so the manager on that night was more than willing to make sure that the second charge went away although it wasn't showing on their side that it charged us twice it showed on my husband's Bank app that we got charged twice. So the manager took off the charge that was on their computer and said well either one thing will happen either you'll only be charged once or you get your food for free. Which we ended up only getting charged once instead of twice but I really appreciated the fact that he went above and beyond to make sure that we as a customers were happy he did not seem aggravated he did not seem still tempered he was more than happy to help us

worst service in history. never picks up your online ordering is a joke can't deliver to a construction site... can't even get thru to get a pizza. undercooked and never a pizza to show up looking like it does when it comes out a oven, late on deliveries. just a horrible storefront should opt out of your contract and let a small business that wants to make money move in. and let your failing franchise go and take the loss like a stand up human

You can't call or use online service with this place. They don't respond. 4 times I've had the same bad experience. Teenagers not wanting to work. Uncooked pizza again. Find another pizza joint. This one is bad and dangerous. My Mom just recooked our pizza.

Quick easy Pizza even though it was freshly cooked it was dry hardly any sauce no taste

Love the pizza, prices, and people. They are extremely polite and even though there was only the one guy working, he was super nice and did his job very well. He even had the store clean.

phone says to use the online app to order. the app says you dont do online order. no one answers the phone! time to work on this!
