Today, I enjoyed lunch with an old friend at Luke's Lobster, situated at the end of Portland Pier on the waterfront. Should you find yourself in Portland, I suggest visiting them; you will not be disappointed.
We have a Lukes Lobster in NYC / Brooklyn so I was wondering if it was going to be the same experience. NO! This was 1,000 times better. The lobster pieces were HUGE, and I opted for the bigger size (and without the bun). I was able to avoid the long line because I was eating by myself and grabbed a seat on the second floor at the bar. I will be back on my next trip!

and without the potatoes, corn and the clams, the clams were very sandy even though they do have a bowl of liquid to wash off the sand.
