Unfortunately a terrible experience after many good ones over the years. Order came 48 hours late with 10 of 12 lobsters dead, no oysters though 2 dozen ordered. Because the lobsters were supposed to be Thanksgiving dinner, and they did not arrive, and all stores and restaurants were closed, we had no means of feeding our large number of holiday guests.

Delivered on time, as ordered & described. Nice to do business with a firm that takes care of their customers. Can't wait for Thanksgiving to eat some beautiful lobsters. They put turkey to shame. The Pilgrims had to have enjoyed these on Thanksgiving since the turkeys back then weren't Butterballs!

Ordered over $300 for my daughter’s birthday which was very special due to my health issues. Day of delivery get a email stating order won’t be delivered till February of next year. Circumstances were understandable but day was still ruined. Asked customer service if they could do a little something extra for the huge inconvenience and was told “not a thing they would do. Mind you I’ve spent thousands over ther past from them. Might have to find a company that’s more customer oriented.

We ordered eight 1.5lb lobsters along with Clam Chowder and Lobster Bisque for a birthday celebration. Everything was amazing. The shipment arrived when promised packaged well. We ordered them to arrive on Friday for a Saturday afternoon event. Everything was perfect. Great communication form Maine Lobster Now and everytning was delicious. We will order again! Highly recommend .

Shipping container was damaged and one of the 3 lobsters dead. Company is not trustworthy, they claim you have an option for store credit or refund which is false. I would not buy from them again because of poor shipping package. Lobster Boys was much better container. I now have to do credit card dispute for a real refund.

I host a lobsterfest in SC every year. This year I ordered 41 lobsters from Maine Lobster Now and couldn't have been more pleased! From ordering online to making changes, it was easy and the customer service was great to work with! The lobsters arrived alive and kicking! October lobsters can sometimes have soft shells and not much meat, but these were hard and full! The cherry on the top was to not be charged for shipping! I will be using Maine Lobster Now every year from now on!

What an experience. Thank you Maine Lobster Now. I ship Maine lobsters to My Son and his Family to Florida once a year. I was panicking because the usual place I ship from no longer ships. I happened upon Maine Lobster Now by accident. So happy I did. My Son would have been disappointed for sure. They shipped overnight (Alive) and WOW. Let’s just say they didn’t disappoint.
