We placed several orders this past year and were very pleased with the quality. All of the orders were large. Then, all of a sudden, they wanted a lot of personal information before shipping another very large order. I will never give personal info like SS# or driver’s license # to ANY online retailer, as if small companies never get hacked.So, the order was canceled. I found it interesting that they had processed the order and charged my credit card before demanding personal info. And, it took ten days to get refunded because “the person who does that is on vacation”. Whatta way to do business!! Buncha clowns ?.

Initially I was apprehensive about ordering seafood through the mail. But trust me when I say this, this company will not disappoint! By far, hands down the absolute best lobster I have ever eaten. I can't recommend them enough. The product was well packed with dry ice along with speedy shipping.

As a family, we’ve ordered from Maine Lobster Now at least six times. Each time, the food (cooked lobster, lobster roll kits) have been excellent! The lobster is delicious, and fresh. It’s a great option for travel as well & easy prep for a upscale meal (lobster roll kits is a great for beach, mountains, city, or camping!). And shows up at the doorstep….wherever your doorstep may be! Package is also excellent & we’ve never had an issue; items arrive frozen and at proper temperature. Also, the communication regarding shipments is so helpful to stay alerted to when your items will arrive. Thank you, Maine Lobster Now! We’ll continue to order for our special occasions!

$80 for two small containers of lobster bisque. I had such high hopes for this order. It smelled horrible when it arrived and made my fiancé so sick to his stomach. And they don’t refund anyone. They give you store credit. Will never order here again. Horrible all around.

My experience was full 5 stars!I sent my grandson your clam chowder to help 'soothe and heal' following surgery. He lives outside Atlanta, and traveled often with me to Maine and New England... he just "wanted to taste his favorite place, with claim chowder"! You delivered, and he has saved some for when he "needs to taste Maine"!!I will be in Camden and Boothbay area this June for 2 weeks, an annual need to be there and have that food. Thank you SO much for sending 'comforting food care' to my precious grandson!

Purchased in December for New Years dinner 4 lobster tails. Made us sick. Tried to get a refund and they said they didn’t recognize the order and wouldn’t give a refund.
The lobster bisque barely had any lobster meat in it at all. And didn’t taste good. Big disappointment. The lobster bisque from a convenient store near me blows this away. Would never get again and threw out the second package. Waste of money.

While I found the overall ordering experience very positive (the shipping is absolutely professional), I can only rate your soup-like products with four stars. The flavor of them is basically excellent, but these product have only the smallest (in size and volume) amount of seafood within. They absolutely DO NOT come anywhere near to what is illustrated on your website. At your premium price point, I do expect more - something better than the cheap canned goods sold at the grocery store.
