I always spend my monthly Amex Uber eats here. Wish the curry broth had more flavor. Don’t expect exquisite Japanese ramen when you come here.

Agreed with the last person here. I was dining in this afternoon and I witnessed the lady working at the counter, wearing a mask - being extremely rude to the woman who was ordering. Have never seen disrespect at this level coming from a restraunt worker towards a patron in person , only on YouTube. Will not come back.

The cashier with the bandana and braids working today, 9/29 was so rude to me when I came in, and I have no idea why. Maybe because I couldn’t hear her well but I am literally hard of hearing, I wasn’t rude I just said the same thing two maybe three times no attitude at all I just know I don’t always hear things so that’s not a knee jerk reaction to me, I wanted to make sure I was paying, and I didn’t see her scan a drink and she had a mask muffling her voice; so by the time I realized she was saying that she got the drink in the total she was snapping at me, she talked too fast and quiet when it was loud in the place, for me to hear, after that it was condescension. I was already having horrible day but she was the tip of the iceberg.
She was short with me, impatient, unwelcoming even in how she was asking for my ID - she had a very demanding tone imagine the most condescending. “OKAY and IM GOING TO NEED SOME ID”, I’d just asked for the drink I was getting out my ID. As if I was about to not give it.
After that interaction I felt super low, I tried to brush it off and enjoy my meal but she kept watching, like we were doing something wrong for being in there, the whole time during our meal, I felt like “what did I do wrong?”, she even went and changed the music on the one song we were obviously trying to enjoy; we began talking about it and she was standing right in front of us. The way she turned toward it after we were speaking on it looked it felt very intentional. She put a song back on that had just played two song before. I left this establishment in full blown tears because I drove 35 minutes to have one good piece of my day, having a terrible day and her treatment toward me was out of pocket and uncalled for, I did nothing to her, I was completely shocked by it. My friend saw this too, I wasn’t mean or rude to her at all. I don’t plan on going back and I loved this place, but I’d now sooner drive to Umami in Bangor.

Vegan options, yay!! Good variety of toppings to customize your bowl and very reasonably priced with substantial potions. The vegan broth was not very flavorful and had to put sriracha to get some flavor to my broth. The ramen noodles themselves are not vegan which I was a bit bummed about but their other two options rice and udon are. Their peanut sauce was my favorite and veggie dumplings were a nice surprise!

My ramen was delivered to my hospital room. I agree with all the rave reviews!!!
I couldn’t finish the ramen probably left 30% of the ramen.
Great spot. We’ll return later in the year when I’m home feeling better.
Service delivery was spot on.

I ate the Sichuan Chicken to go, and it was amazing. This was my first introduction to restaurant ramen.

I regret it a little because I don't want to go back to the cheap packets at Walmart. It was so good. I'll never enjoy the store bought ones as much ever again.

The staff is friendly, the place is clean and inviting. I'll eat in next time I visit.

I would rate this 10/10. I thought it was incredible, and I'll become a regular pretty soon!

My family is from Taiwan, and both my parents say this place is better than the average food in Taipei. We ordered Taipei noodle, Hong Kong noodles, and pick-yourself udon. All three of them are amazing, lots of meat, great flavor in broth. The dumplings are super amazing. Baby loves it, too. All four of us + delivery and tip = $56, very affordable. I will be thinking about this for a long time. If we go back to Portland, we will be back FOR SURE.

* We ordered from Uber Eats 20 min away, but still fresh and hot when it arrived. We can't comment on the atmosphere or service, but we passed by later and saw it was a small ish casual restaurant, which is fine!

Let me start with I'm from out of town. I'm not from NYC, LA, or any other big city. I'm from a small town in the finger lakes in NY. My small home town romen is 100x better than this. The pictures and reviews fooled me. My wife and I both got romen bowls. My wife got the spicy chicken. It was chopped up like cat food. She had 3 bites and threw it out. I got the 5 spice pork. It was cubed up like dog food and it was dry. Both should be sliced. We both added an egg to our romen. We have been to hundreds of romen places. First time in my life we got a HARD boiled egg. The noodle themselves weren't bad. I'm guessing they were purchased and not made in house. Honestly, they have real potential. But they have to do better. I know this all sounds really negative but I hope the owner sees it and makes some changes. It could be good.
