Lovely arepas- good vegan options. We had a delicious meal here. Nothing fancy - plain canteen, lovely staff, just good food. Lovely juices as well and good value. Great for a gluten free diet - my coeliac daughter ate here with no issues.
Super fresh arepas. Chorizo and cheese totally amazing. Tasty, great use of pickled/sour/spicy flavors in the salsas. (Don’t worry - not super hot). Passion fruit juice was great, too.
Stumbled upon this restaurant while traveling in the Portland area and looking for some gluten-free food as I have celiac. People rated it highly not only for being gluten free, but having amazing food. Everything is made to order and from scratch. I absolutely love all of the arepas and if I have room to spare I like to get some some of the plantains with melted cheese on top. Can be busy at times, but the kitchen is very organized and smoothly goes through even the longest lines....
