Placed a mobile app order for drive thru pick up. Got there and drive thru was closed. Changed my pick up to curbside. No one came. Walked to door. Locked. No one there. 30 minutes after their schedule opening Time. Did not get my good and was an hour spent and late for my own work.

A totally incompetent and unsanitary place. I usually like McDonald's but this location is odd. 3 times I ordered a double cheeseburger with no onions and each time I get onions. This time the clerk is removing them with her fingers. I'm going to file a health inspection complaint

The workers can't understand what I'm saying. They charged me for something I didn't even want and the manager pretended to give me a refund but couldn't even give me a receipt for it. This place has gone to the dumps

Wow....i was smoking a cigarette in the parking lot this evening while placing my online order and I get yelled at over a speaker outside to get off their property because I was loitering....ok......take my business elsewhere I guess

They do still have a Play Place BUT the hours for the play structure are 11am to 7pm. Clean, food was as expected but service was slow. Seems like they need more staff bagging stuff.
You can sit inside and eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Delicious shakes and fries 🍟 are hot 🔥! Not too hot to burn your tongue! Ice cream 🍦 and in a dish with fudge, caramel, strawberries 🍓 and nuts. And pies 🥧! Bathroom 🚻

Blatantly disregarded my request for no pickle or onion on my burgers. They got my food out quickly when the line was empty, which let's me know that they didn't make a mistake because they were in a rush. They were just flat out not paying attention. Also they were rude and dismissive. I don't expect 5 star service from McDonald's, but I at least expect to get my order right when the drive thru is empty.
