So disappointed, this is my favorite lobster roll in the entire state. I am not a rich tourist but a local who looks forward to my yearly peaks island venture for a captains roll very much. This year I was so so so so disappointed to get a roll just absolutely drenched in black pepper. Even if you liked black pepper, this is excessive, a few bites in a thought ‘it’s almost like they’re trying to cover the fact that it’s not good meat’ and then got the mushiest most rancid piece of claw. Never have I gotten bad meat from this truck, or an overly seasoned weird roll for that fact. Won’t return. Not worth the wait on the ferry. Photos show my lovely roll I got last time vs today for the very obvious comparison

The owner is rude and abusive to staff, very disorganized, and you couldn't pay me to eat there ever again.

Quick Grab of a Lobster Roll 2017

Been awhile since I been out to Peaks Island for a visit. Going through pictures I found this picture back in 2016 I believe . I just had to have a lobster roll to go before I caught the Ferry with my friend. It was delicious, honestly I could have gone for a second lobster roll it was that good.

Small portions of clearly not fresh food that only filled half a bun of both the fish and chicken sando, neither of which came out as ordered. Expensive for less than dollar menu quality…

So disappointed - ordered two lobster rolls - the lobster was dry, overcooked and had a spice that was not disclosed - bun was stale and too big for the amount of lobster -

Waited for 30 minutes to be told they were not taking orders because they were swamped. There was at most 3 tables waiting. Waste of time.

Best hot lobster roll of the trip! Warm, sweet, lots of meat. My daughter had the Cajun chicken and really liked it.

First time there. Fish sandwich was almost inedible. Fish was old and obviously previously frozen.Had a very bad taste to it. The bun was equally bad. Onion rings were

We went out for reggae Sunday. The food was incredible. The views on the island spectacular. The music from Stream Reggae was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Costumer service was bad. My nana and I went and when we asked for a Togo box in the process of ordering. they didn’t put them in one. After asking again we were given an attitude. They cooked our side and main dishes separately so we waited for our sides while our mains got cold. When we got back home we find out our order wasn’t correct. Also after being asked “what’s the issue?” we explained and received burnt Brussels sprouts in return.
