Welcoming and bright place with cute plants. Our waiter was nice and explained the fresh specials. The tuna mango rolls were disappointing as the components took away from the quality tuna. The edamame was surprisingly good (and a large serving).

This place makes exceptional sushi. Maki rolls are very well put together but the menu is very tuna-focused (hence the name). Don't expect a wide variety of sushi but expect it to be delicious.

This place came as a recommendation and I never thought about tuna off the coast of Maine. Rod and reel caught. I had the chefs sampler so good.
The seaweed salad was nothing like i have ever had. it was more like a leaf than what I have had before definitely delicious.
I sat outside on the patio weather was perfect. Great for a quick lunch or date night.
All the food looked great and if my stomach would have allowed I would have tried something else. If im ever back in Portland I will definitely visit this place.

Yummy sushi restaurant with native Main Blue Fin tuna. Everything was delicious, from the miso soup and seaweed salad, to the sashimi and makki. The handrolleds are presented in a delightful stand. Don't miss the toasted ice cream, too!

Overall, great food, cute spot, fair price. We made a reservation via Resy but when we arrived, the host stated she could not find our res, though, I saw my Resy image on her tablet. There was an odd exchange as if she wanted us to leave? Then she made it feel like we were inconveniencing her to be seated for a reservation we had that evening. Not a great start to the experience to say the least.
Thankfully the food, staff helped recover the experience. Everything was delicious. We had the Edamame, lobster roll, Philly roll, teriyaki roll, and a Roll that had hatch chili on it! They also make their own soy sauce.
The serving staff was great and attentive but not annoyingly so - the perfect balance.
Overall for four rolls, an app, some adult beverages + tip was $100 —- cheap for the quality grade sushi for the night!

Not your traditional sushi spot but where they shine is their service - fantastic group of staff and servers. Food quality is there but everything is served w their own spin/take on sushi items. Do not expect familiar flavors other than the sashimi.
Clean, energetic funky space with amazing local fish specialties. Quick service too. The seafood sashimi burritos are fun and delicious. The cabbage salad is amazing, go yuzu mayo!

The quality of the food is truly excellent. It’s a pleasure to enjoy fresh sushi that’s carefully prepared and beautifully presented. However, the price feels a bit high considering the restaurant’s casual atmosphere. Having spent most of my life in an Asian country, I found the wooden chopsticks quite annoying to use throughout the meal. While they may look nice to Western eyes, the tips didn’t align properly, which made eating delicate sushi unnecessarily frustrating.
