My friends and I stumbled into Newscapes while searching for a neighborhood bar and were glad we did. Awesome bar that gave us an authentic Portland feel. The owner Jeff is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone visiting town for a weekend.
Walking up we thought we were in the wrong location… hot tub, kids toys, and a Buffalo Bills flag. We could see two guys drinking beer inside so we went to the door. Once inside we met Jeff and Raina the owners and met Andy and Gary two other customers. Felt like we were drinking with old friends. Relaxed cool people. Fantastic beer. Watched South Park and had some great laughs. Unique and special. Great!!!
What a funky little spot, it’s like if your cool neighbors decided to open a brewery in their living room. The beer is awesome (black DIPA was phenomenal) the hospitality is even better!
