One of my favorite breakfast/brunch spots in the city! Everything is delicious — especially the summer wild blueberry waffle special. Eggs panagura, shakshuka, creative avocado toast, and the eggplant dip are favorites. Their matcha is incredible!
A hip little place with a trendy brunch menu with a Bulgarian twist. Im a big fan of Shashuka —no matter what nationality claims it — this was a solid breakfast.
The Mekitsi were beignet with a Bulgarian twist imo, filled with feta and drizzled with honey. I honestly like the savory better than all the powered sugar. But I would have enjoyed a little more honey.

It was a neat place. We were just a little disappointed that the food we ordered did not look like the pictures that we saw. And it wasn't even the arrangement of the food. It was actually lacking the ingredients that we saw. For example, we ordered the fruit granola dish and it only had strawberries even though the picture showed other berries and things included that weren't included. So that was kind of disappointing.
