Stopped in before a concert. Fast service and good recommendation by the bartender. Food was fun and tasty, and the price was great!
Lovely pizza with fantastic service. We would highly recommend. Really enjoyed the wine and general ambiance. The server was very engaging and helpful.
Friendly people, good food, fast service. All you need.

Loved the vegan pizza, and they have vegan gf options. You can sit outside with a dog. Nice people.

Ordered Cary-out online, easy, even set my pickup time to be later than ASAP.
I ordered the Ricotta and Basil, adding tomatoes because I wanted an uplifted Margherita pizza.
Crust and ingredients are top. I looked back at this photo and got hungry.
Worth the hype. Large will feed 3-4 for sure.

why are kitchen workers running back and forth from kitchen and serving the dining room? obviously the workers are overworked- the service is awful but can tell they’re doing their best. this is a great business and you can’t afford a bartender/server mid day? be so for real.. the experience could’ve been better. server was so disheveled, obviously overworked and distressed but was great- . disheartening as a portland gem. i won’t support a place that won’t properly staff. typical corporate sell outs. no longer a portland original.

The pizza is always undercooked now, it's so disappointing to have to put it in my OWN oven when it gets to my house. We have even asked them to cook it for longer and it's the same.
Outstanding pizza. I ordered an all meat pizza. Staff was really friendly, and online ordering was easy. After a day of driving (vacation), the ease of pickup was welcomed.
Had a great meal here! The mashed potato pizza is a definite must try. Also had a pepperoni goat cheese pie that was terrific. As well as meatballs and the turkey sandwich with bacon jam. Friendly, attentive service. Great experience all around. And kids with egg, peanut, tree nut and shellfish allergies were able to safely eat here.

Ordered a Buffalo Cauliflower pizza--almost no cauliflower! Naturally, some people don't like cauliflower, but if you order a cauliflower pizza it's because you DO like it. I have a lot of crust with buffalo sauce and that's it. Where's the beef? (So to speak.)
My experience recently at Otto’s on 576 congress street was unacceptable. I received a pizza with mold on the crust and also two hairs in my pizza. I asked to speak to a manager and a woman named Michelle told me she was the manager and there was nobody else I could talk to about this. She would not refund me my money and banned me from coming back when I told Her that I would be giving a negative yet honest review of my experience. Zero stars for the customer service .
My Wife and I stopped in the Gorham location, it may be the last. The place reeked of old oil? Not 100% it was oil but it definitely was foul, got a headache from it. The ceiling vents had not been cleaned in quite awhile to the point of of being inefficient. Nothing wrong with service or product. To me it the equivalent of being a slum lord. Take some pride in the business and clean the place up.
Excellent. First timer. The owner explained the history. Pizza by the slice was a perfect lunch option. Thin crispy crust.
Picked up a pizza for girls night. Guess I should have opened the pizza before I left the site. We sat down to have a drink and opened the pizza box to a very burnt pizza. It was completely inedible. I called to see if they could deliver us another one, but they couldn’t, we had to order from Portland Pie and they came through. Disappointed with the food and customer service.
