They did not try to contact us when they arrived, left the pizza outside on the ground in 10 degree weather and didn’t deliver the whole order. $50 with tip and this is how the handle the food?!

We ordered catering from Otto’s Pizza for our rehearsal dinner and it was excellent, as always. I’m a huge fan of Otto’s and they absolutely delivered. The order was ready right on time, the pizzas were hot and delicious, and everyone loved them.
The staff was incredibly kind and even helped carry the pizzas out to the car, which we really appreciated. Such an easy, stress-free experience with consistently amazing food. I would definitely recommend Otto’s for catering any event!

Never in my entire life have I walked out a restaurant but the absolute pool of grease they tried to serve me and my girlfriend was absolutely inexcusable on top of that the bartender was to busy flirting with the cook in the back for me to complain about the amount of leftover food bits in my water and even frozen inside my ice. I love pizza it’s one of my favorite foods and reminds me of home “New York” the fact you called what you tried to serve us pizza and charge 20$ for a 10 inch puddle of grease is a disgusting disgrace to the pizza industry. You should be ashamed.

The pizza was good and was ready on time. The only issue was the bottom was completely coated in very thick, completely burnt cornmeal. Like cakey quarter sized pieces of burnt and greasy cornmeal. I’m assuming from an oven that hadn’t been swept out? Going to give it another try, I’m thinking it was an unlucky one time thing.

This was the butternut squash, ricotta and cranberries pizza 🍕 it was amazing. It's seasonal, so you have to get it there soon before it's gone to enjoy it. Staff were very friendly, personable, chatty, suggestive with food and drink recommendations, and overall just great service.
