I saw the video of the angry employee involved in the altercation with the person outside the business. Made a terrible impression on me about the business. I go to Portland often and will make a point not to give my money to such a bigoted business.

Portland Maines very own Ottos Pizzeria Self proclaimed owner assaulted a young man preaching in front of his establishment. The owner of Ottos displays extreme symptoms of drug abuse, hostility, ignorance of property law and freedom of religion. The owner continuously quotes “the law” that he himself is breaking. He was unable to restrain himself and proceeded to swing a push broom causing property damage to this young man’s belonging’s as well as threatening him with bodily harm saying he wants to “break” the young preachers face. In true bigoted fashion he mocks his religion, He mocks Jesus, He mocks God.After speaking with a representative of the City of Portland I can confirm Ottos does NOT own the public sidewalk. They are however responsible and liable for Snow removal/Hazardous conditions and injuries sustained on their portion of public sidewalk. They are not responsible for the removal of vendors, performers or Preachers. Since they took the citys job into their own hands they will take the repercussions as well. This is AMERICA ✊?

Upon entering, we observed the floor was dirty several table tops were filthy. The staff was aloof and appeared not to care about the overall cleanliness of the establishment. Although we were apprehensive about ordering due to the lack of cleanliness, we reluctantly ordered a pizza. The wait time was excessive, for a less than mediocre pizza, which was overly greasy and undercooked. The center was floppy and pooled with grease, inedible...upon advising the staff, they became extremely defensive and stated nobody has ever complained. Save your money and go to another, and far better restaurant. TERRIBLE experience and staff. Overall this place is DISGUSTING....

An employee at this establishment destroyed property and threatened physical violence against someone who was exercising their first amendment right out on a public sidewalk. I wouldn't want to accept food from someone who is too weak minded and angry to control their emotions.

Popped in before the Portland on Tap and received some of the best service. We sat at the bar and shared the pineapple, bacon, hot honey pizza. It came out quickly and very tasty.
