Last two times we ordered delivery it was no call no show. They use a 3rd party service which apparently is terrible. They don’t illustrate that in the website and never call to say if they have a driver coming or not. Waited over 60 minutes both times and had to call to get any info which they basically don’t have since delivery isn’t handled by them. There should be a warning about this or they shouldn’t offer it at all. I emailed them to let them know and they said...

I was loyal to the Gorham Otto’s but it’s been closed now for months - these folks on Read Street consistently take an extra 5-10 mins to make my pie but it’s pretty decent quality and consistently better than any of the other guys who have chains in the area. Price is creeping up but it’s fair given the market

Loved the energy watching the staff in the open kitchen preparing orders, EVERYONE, at somepoint was smiling. It was clearly a stressful, busy work environment and it never showed thru their demeanor. Excellent customer service 👏
