OTTO Reviews
My experience recently at Otto’s on 576 congress street was unacceptable. I received a pizza with mold on the crust and also two hairs in my pizza. I asked to speak to a manager and a woman named Michelle told me she was the manager and there was nobody else I could talk to about this. Did you see that unhinged employee attack and verbally abuse the Christian on the sidewalk, knocking over his property with a broom and threatening him? He falsely claimed Otto “owned” the city public sidewalk.
It’s all over the internet. Has this employee been fired?

OTTO offers delicious pizza and tasty breadsticks, known for their generous portions. The service is friendly, although noise from staff during quieter periods may be observed. With a variety of toppings available, OTTO is a suitable dining option for most. The price-performance ratio is great, and the service is excellent and attentive. While the interior may be a bit spartan, the pizzas are described as very tasty and large. Vegetarian options are available, and the restaurant is also suitable for children. Parking can be found on the street nearby, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible.
