My experience recently at Otto’s on 576 congress street was unacceptable. I received a pizza with mold on the crust and also two hairs in my pizza. I asked to speak to a manager and a woman named Michelle told me she was the manager and there was nobody else I could talk to about this. She would not refund me my money and banned me from coming back when I told Her that I would be giving a negative yet honest review of my experience. Zero stars for the customer service .

Had a really bad experience. It took 20 minutes for someone to get our order and another hour to get food. We asked for a Caesar salad to be brought out before the pizza and were told that was absolutely not a problem…. But an hour later all the food came out at once. The pizza was incredibly dense and sickeningly salty. We only ate one piece each and had to stop.

Very tasty and large pizzas! If you're traveling in Portland and either don't like seafood or are simply looking for an inexpensive alternative, this is the place for you. The price/performance ratio is great. The service was excellent and always attentive. Only the interior is a bit spartan - there is still room for improvement. Basically, highly recommended!
Vegetarian options: There are enough vegetarian pizzas.
Parking: There is no parking space, but there is certainly parking in the area on the street.
Kid-friendliness: Also suitable for children.

We've given this place a chance more times than most would. Pizza was drenched with grease. Flavor was just fine. I'm hoping the quality gets better because it would be so convenient to order at least once a week for our family.

Picked up take out and the order was ready really quickly. From placing the order, for 2 pizzas, to pick up was only about 15-20mins. We got one regular eggplant and zucchini and one ricotta and basil with double dough. Eggplant and zucchini one was cooked really well just needed a bit more salt for the veggies but the crust was great. The ricotta was a nice tough but also need a little more salt to bring out the flavor and double dough was a little bit too dense. Overall a good spot for a quick bite, just a little under seasoned and go for the regular dough crust

Excellent pizza! We all love a good thin-crust pizza, and this was amazing. My daughter is picky and usually wants plain cheese pizza. She was willing to try the meatball, ricotta, and basil pizza, though, and she loved it. She said we should just get a small pizza to share, but after the second piece, she told me that we should have gotten the large. My son and husband split the large all-meat pizza and there were no leftovers to bring home. Really, really great food here!
