Stopped here on a whim and had a fantastic meal. Great wine, phenomenal pasta, tasty dessert, and friendly staff.

Tiny restaurant, make reservations! We had the bruschetta, comes with 3 different toppings, all awesome. Ravioli Milano was fantastic! Fresh pasta with a nice chew and not overstuffed.

Love this restaurant. 3rd time I've eaten here, could pretty much Just come to this restaurant in Portland and be totally happy. Really nice service, amazing food. One of very few Italian restaurants in the US that is comparable to Actually being in Italy. Would give it 10 stars.

Not good. Packaged bread sticks. Extremely limited options in types of pasta and NO options for protein. No fish or seafood. Oh, there was tuna (canned) in the one dish but that was it. My fault for for not asking what the specials were when I called for reservations. Service was horrible. Took 10 + minutes for them to come to the table. The food issues weren't the servers fault, however, she got defensive and was not apologetic. This place has a lot to learn. This was a recommendation from the (Marriott) hotel too. Too many other Restaurant options to spend my hard earned money.

Amazing home made pasta - has to be the best Italian eatery in Maine. Service and ambiance is amazing. Wheelchair access was so simple. Kat, our hostess had amazing energy and brought smiles to all of our faces. A definite visit forever when we visit Maine!

Had the most amazing Tagliolini Bolognese and my wife had the Sausage Pasta Special. You can tell the pasta and sauces are made from scratch daily. Ask for bread and dipping sauce (not always available week days but always on weekends ).

We were very disappointed by our dining experience. The Italian Salad was nothing more than a grocery store lettuce mix with a grape tomato and a red onion on top. The oglio e olio pasta was merely spaghetti with olive oil and garlic, and it was missing the parsley and Parmesan. It tasted nothing like the traditional dish that I’ve had many times in Italy. Very overpriced for what you get, at least for these two dishes.

Two years ago, my wife had a bolognese dish here while on a work related trip, preCovid. She came back home and talked about the dish like it was the best pasta she ever ate. Fast forward two years, and we have since moved to Portland. Tonight we dined at Paciarino. She ordered the same dish as before, tagliolini bolognese and I tried the special of fennel sausage with house made pasta. No words. Just good cooking. My wife is so thrilled with getting a dish as well made, two years later. Consistency is important. As for me, I feel like we won the jackpot with great food. Prices were reasonable, the fresh pasta was spot on, and the service was cheerful. Thank you Paciarino.

Don't be deceived by the music selection and the packaged breadsticks, the food here is incredible. The pasta is delectably fresh and the portion sizes perfect. We celebrated our 7 year wedding anniversary here and couldn't have been happier. My husband had the short ribbed pasta in the cream sauce and I had the goat cheese ravioli. The sauce came under the pasta so it wasn't drowning and the pasta was incredibly fresh. We wish we lived closer.

Not accommodating. No ice, no bread, no meat. I wouldn't recommend to my friends or family. It was an expensive price but not expensive good quality.

It doesn’t happen often, but every now and then I come across an exemplary culinary experience and this is one of those times. The pasta is homemade and the backbone of the restaurant. Then the preparations, from various regions of Italy. We enjoyed duck ragout, ravioli and tagliatelle bolognese and a basic aglio olio - all were fabulous. As were the salami and crostini appetizers. The wine list was also very good and the prices were fantastic. Do it!!!

We ended up in this funny little place because everyone else was full or booked up. At our place settings was a weird little package of store-bought 'breadsticks' (really more like pretzel sticks), which didn't give us high hopes for what was to follow. But then the pasta came! Wow. Loved that pasta, and I'm not even sure it's exactly what I ordered. Great meaty bolognese and hearty homemade pasta. What could be better? Really wish the entrees were served with crusty bread to mop up some of that great sauce though.

Amazing place! The food will bring you back to Italy. The sausage and fennel special was simply amazing!!!! The spinach ravioli was equally fantastic. Great food and great service!
