Who puts powdered orange cheese in crab rangoons??? Apparently they do. With the exception of the rice the food was awful. The $52 order was maybe $25 worth of food and it tasted like cardboard. Very dissatisfied.

The owner is personable and friendly, the staff is attentive and helpful, the food is tasty and authentic and the atmosphere is nostalgic. All in all a wonderful establishment

I love this place. I came to their grand opening with my family almost 40 years ago. Consistent tasty food. Luncheon specials are a great value. Often get takeout, sometimes dine in. I wish they offered delivery, but understand why they don’t. I think this is the best quality Chinese take-out in the greater Portland area.

First of all I live in NC I've been working this area and decided on this restaurant. I ordered Kung Pao shrimp with house fried rice (shrimp, chicken, pork) In NC the Kung Pao shrimp comes with shrimp, vegetables and sauce. In NC house fried rice comes with 3 meats which was on the menu as (shrimp, chicken and pork)...Well what I got was a dish with only shrimp and peanuts. The house fried rice had only 2 meats. I'm convinced that restaurants up here are just different or I just continue to be expecting too much 😒

Had a truly awful experience with food here, ordered General Tso’s chicken for takeout, and was served something inedible. The order, which costs nearly $20, was 9 medium sized pieces of chicken, which, once bitten into, were not only borderline uncooked, but of the lowest quality meat (picture attached, it was truly disgusting - I got one bite in but cut open several others that were the same). To add insult to injury, the dish was topped off with several pieces of COMPLETELY RAW broccoli (why even add this if you’re not going to cook them?!) Lastly, the sauce was far too sweet, and not at all spicy - perhaps the worst General Tso’s sauces to ever touch my tongue. I have literally had frozen General Tso’s entrees from the grocery store that would easily triple the quality of this dish (and that’s a pretty low bar!)

I will not be back here, 0/10. A meal of cardboard would have been better (and more edible).

The staff were super friendly, and the food was great. We ordered just appetizers and the plate of chicken fingers and fried dumplings was MASSIVE. We couldn't believe this was an appetizer. They are great, and joked around a little. Overall I cannot say enough of how awesome this place is!

Panda Garden has a very casual dining experience. The family that serves is very polite and welcoming. The food is very good , fried rice , low mein and the pupu platter is very affordable. The food is not greasy, very tasty and prepared to order .

I was told by a customer of theirs that they had the best food around. There was no condiments at the table had to ask for everything specifically. The lamb was over cooked. Food seemed like it was warmed up and not freshly cooked. Very small amount of food for the price.
