We love this place. In fact the only complaint that I can think of is that you can't pay with a credit card. They do have ATM services there but it's just an additional pain in the ass when you're not carrying cash. Who carries cash?

This place is a classic. This is where the locals go for breakfast. Be aware it is cash only. But they have the slickest way of getting you your cash to pay, right at the register.

Was very excited to stop again at one of my favorite breakfast places here in Maine. Of course I knew it was busy but had no problem waiting it was a morning off from work for me. We usually sit up at the counter so we waited patiently until this kind gentleman offered us a seat near him so we waited to get attention of wait staff to see if that was ok they said yes until a very un pleasant busy man came up and made rude remarks about just sitting when it wasn’t cleaned up yet. I was a bit taking a back and uncomfortable being called out since I thought I had done everything properly and was no where near complaining about a plate in front of me. I have worked in the service for as long as I can remember. I felt so uncomfortable and out of place I left and it really disappointed me on a day off to not feel welcomed. And missing out out on great food and company. Thanks you for responding I do love coming and eating and letting people know where I went and great service . Do I truly appreciate the response! I’ve been there

Was there 3 weeks ago while exploring places to eat through google maps. It was the most delicious breakfast I ever had. The nutritions were so good that we finished breakfast at 10 AM and went on to walk over 10k steps that day. Hiked for 3+ hours after 3PM and we were good to go until 7;30 PM. Please keep it up! Can’t wait to come back again!
Terrible service, my son and I went there on a late morning/early afternoon. We got lunch, I had a super dry Pastrami and Swiss and very soggy fries had to drink 2 glasses of ice tea to eat the sandwich. The thing that really pissed me off was after having a bowl of chili with our lunch, my son and I decided to get one to go to have with our supper. The waitress informed us she would have to check to see if there was any life. She brought us out our to go containers, to getting ready to sit down for supper we found the containers to be less than 1/4 full of chili. I feel like I was robbed, if you don't have enough food don't put any in or don't charge full price, you people are crooks. Will never go back again, nor would I recommend going again. Suggestion should offer Military and 1st responder discounts. Especially with the price of your outrageously over priced and cash only establishment.
Parking: Totally sucks, not much parking and people park where ever they want
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp but only 1 handicap ♿️ parking spot, otherwise you have to park on the road a walk . Definitely need more parking for handicap.
Loved working with Q Street Diner! Very kind and professional while sharing her space during our service today. It’s not easy having to shut down the kitchen in a professional setting for cleaning, and we were met with kindness and coffee ☕️😁

First time here . Clean and well organized seating . Grab a clean table and sit down it says . Server was right over for drink order . Food wise we had stuffed French today , corned beef hash and pancakes. All done to perfection . Coffee was good . Our server was really great . Friendly and efficient. I saw someone at the next table eating a hot dog at 9:00 am! I did not realize their whole menu is available all day ! Huge for me as I like fries with my eggs . A great experience, we will back for sure.

Food was very good, waitress was very nice. I’m giving three stars because I’m done with businesses being cash-only. Your convenience is my inconvenience, and my atm fee. If you don’t want to live in 2024 with the rest of us, put a big, easy to see sign on every table (instead of that small print beneath tons of other things on your front door). I would have gone someplace else.
