The "Cheesesteak" is not a traditional cheese steak. The cheese and the steak is apparently ground into an almost Cream of Wheat consistency and scooped into the bun. The taste was fair, the consistency was mushy.

Went here for a few drinks and a quick snack before a show at Aura and was shocked it wasn’t busier. Drinks were reasonably priced and delicious, we had the deviled eggs and they were phenomenal, the decor and vibes are just so incredibly fun. I would go back here in a heart beat!

Late night CHEESESTEAKS after Sea Dogs game!!!
Rebel Munchies and Libations made the transition from amazeballs food from a cart at The Zoo to a solid brick & mortar establishment. The waiter, solo on this evening, was fast and friendly… and he makes a mean margarita.
My wife and I came here after a Sea Dogs game and were not disappointed. It’s going to be a go-to stop for late dinner after a game - the food and drinks are 10x better yet 10x cheaper than the ball park.
The best part of our visit was the fact that the owner came out to personally check on all the diners… at 10:30pm! Well done, Rebel, well done!

Sooo good! I have been eagerly waiting for their opening since the first time I tried that cheesesteak at the Zoo. Addictive. And it was just as good as I remember. Maybe even better. Thinly sliced, high quality steak with a great horseradish sauce, cheese and peppers, all perfectly prepared and served on a fresh roll. Dang, now I am hungry again! The drink list was also fun and the beer list was great as well. I asked the bartender to make me an off menu drink and he was happy to do it, and it was awesome. The owner came out to make sure our food was tasty and that we were happy. Great service! And they are open late.

Really fun 90s themed spot but the food stands on its own even without the theme! The nuggets and waffles were the best thing. Would eat those again and again! They baileys iced mocha was also a nice touch for brunch. Didn’t order but saw the cheesesteak which looked huge and satisfying. Worth checking out!

I could eat a cheesesteak with bacon from Rebel everyday! My husband and I grabbed one on our way home from Portland and are so happy to have found a new go-to spot for cheesesteak in the Portland area. We live near another popular spot south of Portland and much prefer these.

The nuggets were so amazing! Delivered on a school lunch tray. 90s themed, with old cartoons playing in the background, slime on the walls cartoon network themed writing and amazing jell-O shots. Honestly you need to check it out if your were a 90's kid

Late night American pub style food with slightly elevated flair but completely unpretentious. Scratch kitchen that serves up to last call is hard to find, especially done so well. Try a 5" cheese steak with a 4 piece chicken nugget in order to gain the full Rebel experience. Don't forget you can always have the nuggets tossed in whatever sauce you'd like. Sunday morning brunch includes a chicken nuggets and waffles that rivals any similar dish in Portland.A place that opens before noon and serves food after midnight is a win win win.
