REGARDS is an amazing restaurant with unique dishes that I have never seen before. Where else can you get hamachi collar? Everything we ordered, from the burrata with salsa verde and country bread to the tamale with macadamia mole was balanced, delicious, and special. I wish I had more time in Portland to eat there again. The staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable. I let them know that my wife was vegetarian when making the reservation and the hostess noted all the dishes...
Everything at this restaurant was fantastic…Every dish was unique and something you see mire often in NYC, west coast or Europe.… We were a group of five so got to try many dishes. Potions are appropriate for tapas style dishes.

I had the most amazing meal in recent memory at Regards last night. Every dish was unique and delicious. We got the avocado, a scallop ceviche, the peekytoe crab rice, and short rib tacos. Each one of these was prepared in a truly original way and with such care that it felt unlike any other meal I’ve had. Highly recommend for a special occasion!
