Root Wild Kombucha is filling a hole in our hearts left by Urban Farm. Their kombuchas are light and complex, more refreshing than funky (for the most part). They have both 1% and 4.5% kombuchas, and a few beers on tap. The atmosphere was inviting and friendly, and the staff was knowledgeable and engaging.

Stopped here during my visit in Portland, great vibe, even better kombucha. We were there during canning day so it was fun to see things in action and the lady behind the counter was super friendly and informative. Highly recommend the pine lavender!

Never had kombucha before. The 1% flight was delicious.

Heaven on earth. Didn’t recognize Kombucheries existed until a jaunt across Portland. Gorgeous space, particularly in the summer, and great hosts.

Chill and cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, great kombucha! Lots of na/low-abv options, and aesthetically pleasing packaging and branding. Especially loved the blueberry, the secret grove, and the pine and lavender. Cute spot for a date or afternoon with friends.

Top notch kombucha shop! Never had a brew I didn’t like here and love the seasonal flavors. The shop is gorgeous and a great place to hang out with friends or by yourself!
Root Wild is like the bougie counterpart to UFF. It's a beautiful space with outdoor seating and gorgeous warm interior. Flights are affordable and offer a great way to try a lot of flavors. It's a bit of a secret but this is a great alternative to coffee shops during the day if you're looking for a place to do work on a laptop or work on that novel that you've started and stopped every nanowrimo.I pretty much like the kombucha much more than UFF -- it's less vinegary and the flavors are fun. They don't make new flavors often but a couple times a year there's some new faces. Cans and growler refills available too.

The perfect place to spend an afternoon reading, writing, or chatting. We liked every kombucha flavor we tried — Spiced Apple is especially perfect for fall (nice balance of spice & sweet) and Lavender Pine quickly became the other favorite. Bonus that the interior and patio are both super cute!
