My family owned a renowned bakery in the Midwest known for their bagels, so I grew up eating the best of the best. It's very rare that I find a bagel worth leaving a review about. But, here I am. Visited on vacation and grabbed a half dozen bagels to bring home with us and it brought me right back to being a kid at my family's bakery. Excellent bagels, super nice staff, nice space and cute branding. Can't wait to stop back in. Thanks!

Every single time I try to call this place the phone is just off goes right to voicemail and it’s not that it’s just busy because I tried constantly multiple times for long period of times! Also the online ordering is always turned off as well so there is no way to order without physically going there. So you go wait in line for 10 minutes at least then wait another 30 minutes or more for a plain bagel with cream cheese on the side it’s ridiculous. Please fix one of these things

I waited 20 minutes for my bagel. I understand they were packed and take a lot of orders at once. I paid extra for a extra cream cheese and the cream cheese barely covers the bagel. I was so excited as this is my first time and now I don’t really feel the want to come back. The lady was very nice when I asked if my bagel could be an extra toasted after my order was taken. It is delicious but i’m disappointed.

I ordered online and was told that it will take 30 mins. I actually ended up waiting over an hour. Time estimating Service needs to be updated. Also when the app texts you saying your order is ready, it’s not acutely ready.

Rose Foods is truly one of my favorite spots—hitting on all levels. The bagels? Absolute perfection. The food? Always delicious and made with care. And the vibe? Warm, welcoming, and effortlessly cool. Huge shoutout to Jonah, their incredible GM, who brings the whole experience together with such grace and kindness. Five stars all the way ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️—this place just gets it right.
I always come in at least once a week for the bagels and highly recommend them. I had a very weird interaction with one of the employees this morning though- older woman with long grey hair and glasses. I came in for my pickup order as usual and went to the online order counter, she asked for my name and told me she was going to close my order, I’d get a text and they’d call my name. Okay cool no problem, i stood back a few feet from the counter and continued to wait and about 5 minutes later a different employee approached me and asked me if i was waiting for an online order, i said yes and gave my name and she came running over and very rudely said “remember when i told you that i had to close the order and call your name, well that’s what’s still happening.” I was really startled and confused about the interaction and how rude she was to me because i wasn’t being impatient or anything and i was just trying to start my work day off well with my favorite bagel and then had some weird interaction instead. Very unpleasant experience today but the bagel was still good

actually the best lox bagel i’ve had in my life. such good food! a little pricey but honestly worth the stop!! go get some breakfast and coffee, enjoy it there, the whole cafe is adorable and staff were all friendly!

Stopped by this spot after a friend’s bachelorette party. Posted up in the window seat of the trendy and busy place with an everything bagel with whitefish spread. The whitefish spread was delicious and not overly salted. Bagel was fresh and crunchy. Highly recommend. $12.
