We went to Sammy’s Scoops for the first time this past weekend. The ice cream was delicious and the service was so friendly and fast! We especially enjoyed that there’s a small playground across the street so it was a perfect outing for our whole family. We will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone!
Ice cream wasn’t bad, but far from the best ice cream places in Portland. Very friendly service, no a ton of places to sit or parking if you’re looking for either.

Sammy’s was delicious and the portions are large!!! My husband got the peanut butter pie with the Celtics’s theme wuffle cones and he said it was the beast ice cream he’s ever had. We will never go back to Libs! Sammy’s all the way!

This is our 2nd favorite ice cream place, but more convenient. So far, Corner Dairy has the better selection of flavors, and the best waffle cones. But in my part of town Sammy's Scoops is best.
