Wide selection of flavors. Black raspberry was excellent. I also tried the chocolate lovers flavor, which I didn't enjoy as much. The dark chocolate flavor was a bit hidden by the other ingredients. Has a small parking area and some seating .
The folks scoping are really kind and easily answer all ingredient/allergy questions. Portions are almost too big…almost ;)
There’s a playground right there to enjoy your ice cream and the neighborhood parking is easy to manage. One of the best in the Portland area!

We went to Sammy’s Scoops for the first time this past weekend. The ice cream was delicious and the service was so friendly and fast! We especially enjoyed that there’s a small playground across the street so it was a perfect outing for our whole family. We will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone!
