Really nice meal. Some menu items you don't see every day and real attention to detail on the little things, like the presentation on the bento boxes.

We love this place! Best Japanese food with amazing staff, wonderful service and if you want a real treat, sit at the bar and chat with the sushi chefs! They have been with this restaurant since its last location in Portland, where the food was already outstanding. With the new location, the atmosphere is now elegant, and serene. Best Sushi in the region.

The sushi here is consistently very good. It's fresh, beautifully presented, and definitely some of the best in town. Unfortunately, the service doesn’t match the quality of the food. It’s slow to get seated, slow to take orders, slow to bring drinks, and slow to get food. If you’re not in a hurry, it’s worth the wait, but be prepared to settle in for a while.

Great service & great food.
So happy to have a great restaurant like Sapporo in Falmouth! We got two entrees and a sushi roll. Everything tasted great and service was excellent. We can’t wait to come back!

Tall brunette is the best bartender in Falmouth, she’s awesome, professional and caring. Makes you feel right at home. Come see her! Food is great and fresh!

I tried to call got no answer. I came in place in order to go. They told me it’d be 20 minutes. It’s been 35 and the server here is v 30ery rude and there’s no one even in the restaurant (2 out of 12 tables)

I usually don’t write bad reviews but this one left a bad taste…
The rice on the rolls were soggy and overcooked.
The salmon was good, tuna had an off scent, yellowtail was not fresh and had a dull color to it.
$22 chicken teriyaki that is just grilled chicken breast that is burnt and dry with a side of sauce.
$20 Udon where the broth is basically water.
$100 down the drain. Could not finish the meal.
Not a good look.
Hate to leave a negative review, but I'd skip this place. Not much better than gas station sushi, super expensive, long wait, over worked staff.
I had lunch at Sapporo today, and I will be back. The dining area is beautiful and inviting. The service from the moment I walked in the door was welcoming, attentive, and professional. I had the bento box with salmon...the portions were generous and my salmon was cooked perfectly. The owners were present and involved and obviously care deeply that they provide a wonderful dining experience for their patrons. This is a wonderful addition to Falmouth.

This was very good sushi and ramen. It was our first visit. We sat at the bar since we had not made a reservation. Very busy and understaffed. But the staff did a superb job keeping everyone happy. Will come back, especially now that it is in falmouth!
Sushi and maki is affordable especially given the location. I go here fairly regularly for that reason. It's also clean and I've always had good service. I'd recommend the large sushi platters to share for 2-3 people. Best value.
