I had lunch at Sapporo today, and I will be back. The dining area is beautiful and inviting. The service from the moment I walked in the door was welcoming, attentive, and professional. I had the bento box with salmon...the portions were generous and my salmon was cooked perfectly. The owners were present and involved and obviously care deeply that they provide a wonderful dining experience for their patrons. This is a wonderful addition to Falmouth.

This was very good sushi and ramen. It was our first visit. We sat at the bar since we had not made a reservation. Very busy and understaffed. But the staff did a superb job keeping everyone happy. Will come back, especially now that it is in falmouth!

Sushi and maki is affordable especially given the location. I go here fairly regularly for that reason. It's also clean and I've always had good service. I'd recommend the large sushi platters to share for 2-3 people. Best value.

We’ve been longtime customers and are thrilled to have Sapporo in Falmouth. Open only for takeout (day 2 of soft opening) we ordered and picked up Agedashi (fried tofu), Tekka-Don (rice bowl with raw tuna sashimi), chicken lunch bento box with spicy tuna roll and shrimp and veggie tempura. And, everything we ordered was in the bag 👏 As usual, the miso soup was delish! Great way to start the meal. The tempura, chicken in the bento, and Agedashi were on point!! Unfortunately, the tuna in the Tekka-Don was way too thick. Cannot wait to eat in the dining room and enjoy Sapporo another time!

Been going here for 20+ years. Amazing sushi and the best staff ever. Can't wait for the new location!

The restaurant has very nice atmosphere. We ordered many sushi rolls, curry and dessert. The sushi was very fresh and it was delicious. The prices are also very reasonable. The server was very nice and answered all our questions. We will be back again.

I lived in Japan for 5 years and had my fair share of fresh fish. I thought I’d give this place a try and the fish is fresh, it’s not slimy nor does it smell fishy. As good as it gets for being in America, but not as cheap as what you can get in Japan but it was worth it to me because I haven’t had sashimi this good since I left Japan. Miso is really simple to make and some Japanese restaurants just serve crap but this one is top notch!

We ordered three dishes. Despite the restaurant being empty, we had to wait about 30 minutes. The sushi was fresh, but the server, a Caucasian woman, had no smile and stared at me, which made me feel uncomfortable.

Great spot for locally harvested fish. Servers were very friendly and knowledgeable. ??

Parking: If you don't mind walking, either end of town is much cheaper than the center

The seating and staff are very nice but the food was very very mid. The food took about 45 minutes to serve and it didn't taste very great. It's also fairly pricy for the things you can get. It's my first and only time.
