Shaw's is a small place but with friendly service and good pub style food (only been once so can't speak for other items on the menu but everything looked good). We had the Mediterranean Nachos, never had them before, we're fans of Mediterranean, and they were great. Also nice that they offer a,half portion option. We would definitely go back.

It's a pub, in a good way. Their fries are so, so good! A local gem, and terrific lunch or casual dinner spot.

I have never had a complaint about Shays. Everything I have had is pretty good to great quality. I am not bouncing off the walls over one thing but they do a good job of what they have. Friendly and attentive enough service, nothing too extra which I appreciate. Last time I went in I sat at the bar and ordered a drink and an app and had a nice stop in the middle of shopping. I'd probably be a regular if I lived closer. Check them out!

Wow, looking for something different. Their Nashville chicken sandwich...perfect and the crispy fries!! Great drink menu and $5 martinis!! The staff is friendly and professional! Its a small space-but so worth it! Coop and his staff know what they're is going!! We'll be back!

Shay's generally offers great food and I've always enjoyed the dine-in service. That being said, their takeout operation is completely unreliable and their ability to handle any external issues is poor. I've now been disappointed twice when trying to place a pre-submitted group order. The first time, Shay's was unexpectedly closed during regular business hours due to an understaffed kitchen. I gave them another chance, but that was a mistake. On the second attempt, they were open but not accepting online orders, and the employee I spoke with on the phone was incredibly rude. While they were eventually able to accommodate the order, I won't be ordering from here again and would advise others to proceed with caution. Given the repeated problems and the poor attitude of the staff member, I likely won't dine there in my personal time any longer, either.

Stopped here while looking for parking downtown Portland. Just stumbled on it really. Great food and service. Has a great bar atmosphere. Good beer and drinks. Food menu is varied and not the typical bar food. Service was excellent.

stopped in to get a meal in the afternoon it was nice and quiet, had the sweet and spicy chicken tenders as an appetizer which were great and as am entree I had the blackened salmon with veggies and mashed potatoes which was phenomenal the salmon was good but I actually enjoyed the veggies and mashed potatoes more, great service and atmosphere

Worst service I’ve had in my lifetime. An extremely rude waitress that even my daughter and husband brought to my attention. She obviously had a chip on her shoulder that we were in that area to attend a prayer vigil she didn’t approve of.
