I would give 0 stars if I could. This restaurant was dirty, food was mediocre, servers were not friendly and never checked in with us, and I was charged double what I signed off on my credit card slip! This place is a joke.

Tables not cleared. Server had to be asked to wipe the table, she splashed our beer over the table - didn't wipe it up. Staff eating while on duty. Server served beer by holding the rim of the glass. IPA average. There's a much nicer place 100yds away. This place is a disgrace.

The alcoholic drinks are the best part of this place. The food is good, most of the service is online (no waiters), but there aren't many places to get a drink while you wait for your flight at PWM so this is worth it.
Wheelchair accessibility: This restaurant is fairly cramped so wheelchair accessibility is a bit of a challenge.

Sat down here to have some breakfast before our flight. The waiter came over asked us what we would like to drink and if we were ready to order our food. We hadn’t gotten a chance to look at the menu yet so we stated we needed a minute. She proceeded to wait on 4 more tables and passed us several times for about 10-15 without checking back in. Finally I asked her if we could order she stated “I thought you were going to use the QR code”. Mind you, she was waiting on every other table and no one was using the QR code. I said no, we just needed a minute. She proceeded to continue walking around and not take our order. Just unprofessional and rude. Would not recommend, we got up and left

This place is trash, I had high hopes as I was greeted, got sat down and ordered but never got any of our food, or even just our waters until I myself had to go ask about just the waters. I to ask where our food was at and they said they were "backed up on tickets"
I saw multiple people get seated after us and get their food.
Imagine running a restaurant in an airport where people might be on a time crunch and you just don't have any competency to pull off 3 orders within an hour. We were there for an hour.
