We are there yesterday. Our waitress was, idk what she was, but she was mentally NOT PRESENT. We ordered 4 drinks. She brings 2. I ask for the other 2. She brings them to a different table. I ask again for the drinks and she brings themTo the exact same table behind us again. Then we ordered food. She brings double of the order and says “oh yeah that’s an excessive order for a smallGroup like you (5 adults 1 toddler)- yeah I did not order 10 baskets of chicken tenders and fries. Then she comes with the check even though we didn’t ask for the check yet.I asked for the supervisor and told her how AWFUL THE SERVICE WAS and she said the extra food we got we don’t have to pay- well I would’ve not payed for it at all. The supervisor didn’t seem surprised though. When I looked at the check she had charged us for 1 menu and 3 drinks. The rest was on the table behind us check. So they complained about their check and what they had not ordered. I didn’t say a thing and payed my check cash - for this awful service I didn’t even give a tip and we usually tip good bc we all know they work for their tips. But that service was the worse I ever experienced. The table next to us ordered a water and a Diet Coke. She brought 2 regular cokes.1 star only bc I had to

Okay but the bartender could have been more aware and attentive, and faster. And personable. I feel like a sucker for tipping (well) and then getting ignored when there was a problem with my wine.

Went in the breakfast at 9:10 AM and started to order and the waitress who was obviously a bit confused when I ordered coffee black informs me that they are serving pub food. What restaurant doesn’t serve breakfast in a airport at 9:10 AM. Oh well never again will I enter this establishment.

Charged me $5 for soda water. Garbage processed chicken. Arguably the worst airport food I’ve eaten for $28

Saturday at noon.... We counted 3 staff people... None acknowledged the line of people waiting for a table. We stood in line 30 minutes & left after a couple walked past those in line and took a table and were served. This really diminished the Portland airport experience. Acknowledge YOUR CUSTOMERS & maybe train your staff!

The food here was pretty good, nothing to write home about but it does the job. It's one of the only seated restaurants in portlands airport. I was a little disappointed because the quesadilla mentioned chicken in the title but it didn't have any in the food, I'm wondering if they forgot to add it or if that's how it usually comes. If I had to pay extra to get the chicken added I would have but they didn't mention you had to specifically ask for it added. Service was also a little slow but I think that's because they were understaffed.

All low reviews of this place are correct, they are low staffed, lack of food and food inconsistently. We chose the only other restaurant in the airport, which is so much better.

So expect long waits and serving times. My wait person was really nice but was definitely impacted by long food prep times. The owls head beer was delicious! I was disappointed with the chicken Caesar salad as it had a really small amount of chicken. The flavor was really good though. The $7.99 Whoopi pie was the biggest disappointment! Save your money for something else! It definitely wasn't fresh and the cream filling had a lot of shortening in it. Pricey - but it's airport food

Says opens at 9 and was not open. How am I supposed to enjoy my airport beer with the only bar closed...

Comically poor service. The wait itself is one thing, but the servers could not care less that you are there. They're all just gritting their teeth trying to get through the shift. There's being in the weeds because you're busy, and then there's just not caring. Our server wandered aimlessly trying to remember whose order she had in her hands, or what she was doing in general. Had to ask multiple times for the check, then had to ask for her to actually pick up the check. I know airport restaurants are what they are. My expectations are not high. But this was aggressively apathetic service all the way around. I run a wine and beer store back home, and I can't sell Shipyard beers now in good conscience. If they take such a hostile approach to customer service, then I don't want to be their customer in any capacity.

If 1/2 a star was possible they would get it. We all know that airport restaurants are limited these days and considering how small the Portland Jetport is, it is understandable to be busy. When we arrived the sign at the front said "Please Seat Yourself". We patiently waited for a table to free up and sat down. Obviously the table had not been cleared yet so we wiped the table and moved cups before looking at the menu. We both decided on food and beer. The female server quickly swoops in and says "I don't have time for this table. It's gonna be awhile." Seriously?!? "Don't have time" I could not believe the rudeness of the staff. How about saying, "We are a little busy, but will be with you as quick as we can."Needless to say we left after trying to speak to a manager, whom was not on duty. Opt for Burger King or the Great American Bagel place...you'll be guaranteed a better experience!

We started to sit down and have bite to eat. We were rudely barked by a heavy woman that said, "we're not open until noon. No signage with their hours. We will not be eating here, even if it were open.
